I got a iPad through Wowcher and these I hate my phone sent it out and when it arrived no apps could be downloaded and the safari won’t load any websites so the iPad is useless there is absolutely no use to this at all extremely disappointed as it didn’t state anywhere that this iPad wouldn’t be able to download apps or use the safari so been robbed of my money gutted as I bought this for my daughter thinking she was getting a nice bargain but turns out they have robbed and upset my daughter I’ve emailed about a refund but no Answer

I had an issue. It really wasn’t an issue created by hatemyphone it was misleading information by Wowcher. I reached out and spoke to the amazing Freya! Although I was very frustrated, Freya remained level headed, calm and customer focussed. The issue was resolved in less than 24 hours and the response time to my emails was super fast! I really appreciate the time and effort Freya gave and I’m really happy with the resolution

Got a iPad off them though wowcher and when delivered it is no longer any good can’t download any apps as the software doesn’t support it anymore it worthless and I would tell people not to buy from this company and before they say it was in the description it wasn’t don’t buy anything from this company they rip you off

Initially there was a problem with delivery after much interaction with the company I received the item unfortunately the item began not charging then switching itself off for days in fairness to the company they were more than happy to refund unfortunately I went through WOWCHER 🚩 wanted to put my refund on a credit so I had to spend it with WOWCHER
this was nothing to do with “hate my Phone”
I would recommend this company and will most definitely use again but not though WOWCHER stay away from them their practices are unacceptable

Product was great , even second hand seems looks like, and works like a new. product . You can not tell.the difference.

I tried to contact Hate my Phone but got no reply the reason for the contact was I received an item from them a iPad mini it was next to useless no reply would never buy from them again unless just maybe someone was to reach out to me stay clear

I bought an older Amazon fire 7
Through wowcher and it arrived promptly in perfect condition. Great tablet for Prime Films and Kindle ebooks. The browser isn't bad. Not much storage space on this version but an absolute bargain for 26 quid.

I bought 10 phones through eBay. All the transactions went very well. Delivered promptly and some of the phones were better than described. They are all gift to people so I can’t comment on how long they lasted but they were working when I bought them.

Best iPad 12.9 i buy from anywhere, they not as bad as other reviews make out
