Almost 1 week on from ordering some “in stock” handles and not even dispatched. Charging 9.95 for delivery that takes over a week is ridiculous in this day and age. Don’t waste your time here, just go to a store instead.

We’re really sorry for the delay in getting the handles to you—it definitely took longer than usual, and we completely understand your frustration.
Unfortunately, the wrong finish was sent to us by our supplier, which held things up. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we reordered the correct handles and got them sent out as quickly as possible.
We know delays like this are disappointing, especially when you’re expecting a smooth experience. While human error can happen, we appreciate that it doesn’t make the wait any less frustrating, and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Questionable longer term quality…
We had a pretty nice vanity unit made but I'd be a little wary of the quality longer term. The toilet seat broke just outside of warranty (metal totally snapped so clearly faulty) and the customer service has been really poor.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see from your order you purchased a lovely Louise Combination Vanity unit, along with a traditional toilet and wooden toilet seat.
Regarding the toilet seat, we’d like to clarify that while we manufacture our vanity units to the highest standards, we do not manufacture the toilet seats or toilets. I can see your items were purchased 3 years ago. Unfortunately the toilet seat comes with a two-year warranty, meaning it is unfortunately no longer covered.
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with our customer service team’s response. While we weren’t able to offer you the instant replacement you were looking for, we did explore ways to assist you. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we always aim to help where we can.

I had searched for a vanity unit for my bathroom refurbishment for months, never finding exactly the right thing. I found Harvey George online and although they weren’t cheap I liked the fact that I could get the colour I wanted. However I didn’t realise quite how much I could personalise my unit until I visited the store. The assistant was excellent and not at all pushy. Visit the store if you’re considering a purchase because you’ll see so many options and you’ll experience the quality of their products. It’s a lot to forename you want to be sure about it. I absolutely love my vanity unit. It looks amazing in my bathroom and I’m so pleased I went with them. Highly recommend!

Poor quality, poor customer service
Poor quality, poor fit and really poor customer service when it was highlighted to them. I would be very suspicious of all the 5 star reveiws here and scroll down to the 1 star to get an accurate picture of HG. I bought units from Drench at the same time for 1/5 of the price and they are lasting much better.

Beautiful quality product
Beautiful quality product, great service end-to-end. Delivery guys took lots of care moving the delivery into a safe place even after a very long day for them. Was also able to obtain the same coloured paint to paint my bath panel. Would highly recommend.

Lovely product & great service
Bought 2 gorgeous vanities (Victoria and Louise). The service was fabulous - I had countless questions and a request for the units to be slightly shallower and Toni was incredibly helpful and patient and dealt with them all. Very good experience and I'd highly recommend.

Good product, but slightly flawed after-sales communication
We ordered a bespoke twin-sink vanity unit in March 2024, and found the options available just what we needed. After purchase, we didn't receive any plans for several weeks, despite chasing for them, and subsequently although a delivery date was advised and booked, this was then not fulfilled as we had apparently not signed off the plans on time, despite the delay in supplying them to us being the company's fault and us signing them off immediately after receipt. This proved frustrating, and after-sales didn't take responsibility for their fault, instead citing the Easter holidays as the reason. Our eventual delivery was therefore delayed by 14 days, which was again frustrating. Unfortunately we also weren't made aware of a drawer on the plans that would actually just be a fascia, not a useable drawer, which again was frustrating. Finally, the unit suffered some damage during shipping, the cause of which couldn't be identified. However, the company eventually offered some financial recompense for the issues, which was gladly accepted. All in all, whilst the unit itself is good, we didn't feel the process of creation and delivery quite matched the bespoke price tag, meaning I would recommend the product, but with caveats, and I feel Harvey George still need to tune up their processes to really match their true potential.

Excellent!
We ordered 2 vanity units from Harvey George and the experience was great from start to finish. The customer service was excellent (particularly Hannah) and dealt promptly with my endless questions and changes to get the bespoke products I wanted. I know nothing about plumbing etc and was worried about ensuring the units would be able to be fitted in my bathroom but Harvey George were super helpful in providing information and solutions. Delivery was super efficient and quicker than expected. The products themselves are beautiful. They look and feel really high end and are far nicer than anything we saw in bathroom shops. We couldn’t be happier with them. I hesitated in ordering as I was worried about ordering online something I hadn’t seen in the flesh and how it would all turn out but it all worked out really well and I would really recommend Harvey George

I recently ordered a bathroom vanity…
I recently ordered a bathroom vanity from Harvey George. The website was easy to use to make the selection down to very fine details. They answered questions quickly and the order process was very easy. The cabinet was made and delivered with a couple weeks which was well before he original date expected so that was nice. Upon delivery they brought it in and unwrapped everything to make sure there was no damage in transport. It is excellent quality and I highly recommend them.

High quality and very well made vanity cabinets. Very impressed, they look fantastic. Delivery was also earlier than excepted which was a bonus as they had a run coming to Scotland. The guys were really friendly and helpful to make sure everything was in order. Overall a smooth experience. Would highly recommend.

Excellent quality furniture made to a high standard …
We visited the Harrogate show room and were very impressed by the displays they had on site .Andy worked with us to design the media unit we were looking for and included everything we wanted .Befire it was made we received a complete drawing to confirm our design .The completed unit arrived within the timescale and we love it .It is well made and well finished .We had excellent professional and friendly service from everyone we had contact with at Harvey George .

Lovely unit and VERY helpful customer service
We chose Harvey George because of the bespoke nature of the vanity units. We chose the Amy vanity in pink, which we couldn’t find the colour or size elsewhere. The sink we wanted wasn’t in stock but when I emailed to enquire customer service told me when it would be back on and they could add this to my order. Customer service were very helpful and answered all my questions very quickly with information about sink sizes so I could source my own tap and matching windowsills to the sink top. Unit looks fantastic in the new bathroom and customer service were really helpful.

Bespoke vanity unit
Bought a vanity unit and bath side panel for our new bathroom. Can’t recommend Harvey George highly enough for the pre-purchase customer service, the quality of the unit and the support post-purchase.
We really struggled to find a vanity unit the size and design style we wanted on most bathroom retailers but Harvey George offered a bespoke vanity unity which was exactly what we wanted and was within our budget.
The unit itself is beautiful and the fact you can peronalise so much of the unit, all online was fantastic. We used the design service for our bathroom which was fantastic (the cost for this service came off our final order cost) and allowed us to visualise the unit within the bathroom design style we had in mind.
Delivery was well organised and efficient and the team at Harvey George were helpful through - answering questions quickly and sending out a paint sample/colour samples quickly.
Overall I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Poor quality of vanity unit and awful customer service not what we were expecting when we'd paid such a high price.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience.
Upon receiving your complaint on 07-08-2024, we promptly reviewed the quality control photos taken prior to delivery on 26-07-2023 which showed the vanity unit in good order. However, we do advise that the vanity unit should have been checked immediately upon delivery and any issues reported so they could be addressed promptly or the unit returned with the driver. We understand that once the unit was fitted, rectifying any damage became more challenging.
As a goodwill gesture, we offered to send a touch-up paint pot and provide a partial refund of £150, as we could not definitively determine when the damage occurred. We understand that this may not fully compensate for the inconvenience, but we hope it demonstrates our commitment to resolving the issue.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will take steps to improve our processes to prevent similar issues in the future. If you have any further concerns or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

100% happy!
We found Harvey George online after days of searching for our perfect unit and WC. We also took the time to visit the showroom in Harrogate and enjoyed a lovely weekend break there too. All HG staff were great when we visited, very friendly, and spent time helping us choose the right look, and all the customisations we wanted. The products were delivered safely, and in perfect condition... especially the loo seat (we've never seen such perfect packing!). 100% recommend if you wnat a premium product, great service and smooth delivery.

We bought the Ava Duo large vanity unit…
We bought the Ava Duo large vanity unit in meadow. I initially went into the showroom and spoke to Robyn who was fantastic, as we were completely renovating our bathroom from scratch. There are plenty of vanity units on display in different colours. Robyn also sent me photos of other combinations, as you can pick your own sinks etc. There was no pressure to buy sinks or taps from them if you wanted to source your own either. I used their online website to build our own vanity unit which was very easy to navigate. Communication from Harvey George was great. The delivery was spot on as well, giving us time to make sure that the furniture was free from damage in transportation which it was, as everything was very well packed. We are delighted with the quality and the finish of the product.
