I ordered door handles from Osprey to be fitted to existing cupboards. They are very good quality and came as per photo on site. The only feedback I have would be on communications and shipping where there were no further notifications on item shipped after order was received. That would've been helpful as most orders for furniture are details as 6-8weeks, the door handles were in stock but received the same blanket notice. I would buy from Osprey again.

I recently purchased an oak vanity unit from Osprey, before purchasing I shopped around, they were very competitively priced. The quality of the unit is fantastic, the craftsmanship is outstanding. When I called the company before purchasing, they were super helpful with the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the quality of the vanity. Was hard to source something of this quality that was not bespoke in Ireland, but they were able to arrange delivery to Ireland, removed the UK vat and I paid Irish vat upon delivery.
Customer service was good overall, did take a while to get a few replies after buying when most of the replies were quick before buying. But they did get back eventually.
Overall definitely happy to recommend from my experience.

I purchased a beautiful vanity unit from them last year and have just received a bespoke made cupboard for our bathroom to match. The quality is really high and both items look amazing. Kinga has also been really helpful - no issues with deliveries either, both items arrived quickly, mush faster than expected. Would definitely recommend

Lovely vanity unit. I took a while to decide what to get and found Kinga really responsive and helpful. We paid for quicker delivery and the unit came within the agreed timescale. I also bought a matching countertop basin and am very pleased with it. The colour, Studio Green, is almost a greeny black. I really like that Osprey use Farrow and Ball colours. I feel like the vanity unit has added to a stylish new bathroom and would really recommend Osprey and their customer service. Thank you!

Brilliant experience with Osprey Furniture. I needed the vanity unit in short time due to renovation timescale, so chose the collection option. Unit was ready in under 4 weeks and a phone call received advising ready to pick up. On collection, the guys were extremely helpful and friendly, asking us to inspect the unit and then they wrapped and loaded it for us. The unit itself is high quality and looks stunning! Highly recommended.!

Overall excellent experience - from the order, which was not straightforward from my side, Kinga was super supportive from helping me chose the sink, sending me wood samples and informing me on the delivery date. I ordered two vanity units, one of each had to be custom made due to size and Kinga was incredibly helpful to ensure the sizing and materials were just right. Items arrived in perfect condition and are just so beautiful, one can spot the craftsmanship, the units are robust and just perfect.

I ordered online but also visited the workshop as it is local to where I live. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I could see examples of the workmanship and was very happy I chose this company. My vanity unit was made to specification and we are extremely happy with it. It was painted to match my bath and is a perfect match.

A beautiful piece of furniture with the added bonus of being able to make it pretty bespoke. I had looked everywhere for a vanity unit that gave the ability for your own colour, shape of basin and type of knobs. Osprey gives you the fun way of selecting all the different options even down to type of top and amends to legs for difficult fitting. The only reason for 4 stars was huge error in despatch down to courier. But Lucas sorted this in a day. We love the vanity and it looks great in our newly refurbed bathroom.

I dealt with this Company directly and found Lucas to be extremely helpful and friendly. The vanity is absolutely stunning, first class workmanship. The marble is beautifully sculpted, exactly as in the pictures. If you want a bespoke, handmade piece of furniture, that's not run of the mill, I highly recommend speaking to Lucas. My bathroom installation was brought forward and was unable to get the vanity unit I wanted from anywhere in the time I had. Ordered using the fast track service, Lucas was very helpful throughout and had the vanity delivered in time. Have since had an issue with a part being scratched by the bathroom installer, contacted Lucas and had a replacement arrive within 2 days! Very impressed, excellent service.

We had 2 x bespoke vanity units made to our required measurements by Osprey last year for two different bathrooms in two different F&B colours. We had a good experience with the ordering process and communication over the design however the reason I have only given 4 stars instead of 5 was due to an issue with one of the vanity units, it was delivered later than the other one which was not a problem for us as we ordered them in plenty of time but when the second one arrived there was an issue with the thickness of the additional upstand we had ordered, this took a few attempts for this to be resolved but we found a solution with the help of our own carpenter & plumber who was fitting the vanity unit. It was a shame that one of the units did cause us to make some small alterations to install it but one year later we are still very pleased with the results of both vanity units and they really enhance the look of our bathrooms, so it was worth it! I would say the price of the units are very good for the quality and compared to other similar bespoke bathroom furniture on the market. Thank you, A & M

We ordered our utility room from Ospray. Nice simple service.

Lukas visited our home, measured up and discussed our options. He worked out the best way to optimise the space we had. Drawings was sent along with a price.

Because Ospray offer a large range of colours to have the doors sprayed in we found it easy matching it to the flooring and tiles we had already ordered.

The utility room was delivered which our joiner fitted. It’s all complete and looks fantastic!

Our vanity unit has finally arrived and is lovely, but unfortunately the experience that came with it was very disappointing. When I'm paying so much for a product, I expect good communication/ customer service and that isn't what you'll get.

I struggled on multiple occasions to get a response on questions. When I did get through I was told someone would get back to me, they never did. Wrong drawings were sent through for my plumber to install pipes, luckily I noticed they were wrong and requested the correct ones before the plumber did any work.
I paid £150 for quick delivery and was told the item would be delivered later than the quick delivery timings as that's when they were in the area. Item arrived damaged which wasn't Osprey's fault, but when I asked for my quick delivery money back I was told 'well it wasn't my fault'.
I did get the extra money back in the end.

The item was arranged for delivery again, I was told a date and arranged to be at home that day, then I received an email to say my item was on its way a day earlier. I called to say no one would be at the property to accept delivery as I had been told it would be the following day. No apology, the response was 'I don't know why you were ever told that day, because that was never the case'. Poor, poor customer service which needs severely improving.

Our vanity was delivered yesterday. We love the finished product. We designed the vanity with Lukas from start to finish and despite going back and forth a couple of times with design changes it was delivered promptly. The end product is just so lovely. Quality product made so beautifully!

We are delighted with the vanity unit and tall cupboard we ordered from Osprey. We were able to have exactly what we wanted, the height we needed and the perfect colour. The quality is great and the furniture was really well packaged for delivery. All communication was friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. I'd happily recommend Osprey to anyone and am so glad we found them.

Lukasz and his team did a great job even despite the many changes we decided on, nothing was too much trouble.very pleased with our kitchen units.
