Managed to fit 11 pairs of my shoes in the 3 drawers (women’s size 6) 8 x summer soft canvas and 3 x normal. Perfect for my needs. I searched everywhere to find something suitable, so pleased I found it in the exact size I needed.

Item arrived damaged and incomplete. Zero customer support
Item arrived in box that was falling to pieces, which was also reported by the delivery company so Hartley’s sent it out like that!
The item itself is damaged and without any of the required fixings so completely useless.
Have contacted customer service but not heard anything back!!! I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt but this is the worst service I’ve ever received buying online
