I needed a table for hobby work and found your advert on line. The price was right with a fairly quick delivery time offered so I purchased one from your Company. The carriers, DHL, told me the table would be delivered on Monday 1st Sept. but it was delivered two days early, on Saturday 30th Aug. Great product, great price, great delivery time.

The size of the unit suited our requirements to a tee. The price of the unit was very favourable. The free delivery between 3 to 5 working days from receipt of order. The unit was actually delivered on the 5th working day and finally the ease of construction. Overall very satisfied with the whole process and the finished article.

Very useful ramp. However, I wish it had clamps to keep it from opening up in my back pack and banging noisily against my wheelchair when I move.

I purchased several vinyl record storage units at a great price. The units arrived promptly and were easy to assemble. They were of excellent quality and exceeded my expectations. I will certainly use Hartleys online again.

Do not buy from this company as customer services and returns are impossible!

I bought a product and it did not stand without support and while the description did not state whether it would or wouldn't - I expected as a room divider it would, the product also had a bad smell on arrival

I asked to return the product and was given a form to complete. I was told I needed to pay for postage even though the product was not as expected.

I dont mind paying but on getting quotes its too big to post as I dont have a business account, having ring DHL who this company have used they have listed the wrong measurements by 40 cm

So basically there is no way to return large parcels and the company know this, customers services do not respond or offer any labels even if you ask for it to come off of your return amount

Avoid at all costs

Ordering process straight forward and prompt delivery. Very pleased with item which was a 3 section screen - perfect for hiding unsightly stuff!
