Your sizes are so weird! Either not long enough or too wide! Different lengths and widths for hoodies! It's so confusing!

I bought the love potion from Harry Potter shop NY but my 8 year son bought it and had a sip but it had alcohol in it but it said all ages.

It was a little shaky in the beginning. I ordered on 12/2/25. The following Tuesday came around and the order still hadn’t been processed. All the bad reviews started to feel very real. When I emailed customer service and received an automated response saying they would reply in five days I said to myself here we go… BUT! The next day I received a response and a tracking number. Two days later the package arrived with ALL! The items I purchased and everything was neatly packaged in great condition. And the items were great quality. $300 of merchandise, no melting chocolate, the wand was solid, custom acceptance letter was correct, apparel neatly packaged, Custom trunk in great shape.

Ordered Chocolate Frogs, they do not care if they melt during shipping. They don't even bother to protect them with ice packs or give you the Option to do so. Apparently some where on their FAQ page it states "Please note that warm weather may cause confectionery products to melt during transit so please be aware when placing your order. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for melted confectionery."
There will be no refund or return if that happens. Seems absolutely ridiculous customer service to me considering to effort is made to ensure to product has a chance to arrive intact.

I read the reviews on this site before I purchased from the Harry Potter Shop. I decided that most of these negative reviews were confusing a fake shop for the real one. I clicked on the link and found it was secure. I can safely say that this is the real Harry Potter Shop. I had a wonderful experience. I purchased the bottled Butterbeer and I was not disappointed. Harry Potter Shop kept me up to date on my purchase and you can follow it on the Shop app as well. I just received my Butterbeer and everything was outstanding. It was delivered by UPS and it was packed very securely and with care. Based on my experience, I will be purchasing from this shop again.

Never buy here! It’s a scam. Items arrive late, without package, damaged, are cheap rip-offs. Customer service doesn’t exist. No questions are ever answered. When asking for a return address, I received one in Ukraine. Utterly disgusting. These people should be banned from the internet for life. Robbers and thieves.

Bought the new time turner wand for my son it arrived perfectly, but the wand is so light and flimsy. Made with very cheap plastic and feels like it would break so easily. Have loads of wands, but none feel as cheap as this. Would send back but he was so looking forward to it. Do not buy unless essential. Waste of £33.00

I placed an order on Dec. 11, 2024 and two items shipped within 2-3 business days. The most expensive item has been sitting “processing order” and I sent two emails asking about my order and no response. Initially the “contact us” which is email only would not work and was blocked. There is no way to reach anyone and with the prices I paid and it’s the main company’s website there should be better customer service. I will not order again from the company and I advise others to avoid it. They could easily solve the issues with actually replying and if an item is out of stock then mark it online instead of ruining someone’s Christmas present. It was one of two things that my daughter requested so she was pretty bummed about it. Also I would expect an offer of store credit for the mess but no email for anything so far. This is super sad…I’ve never experienced this situation with any online order, even tiny home based Etsy businesses are far superior to this terrible management.

I ordered 3 items, all shipped individually? One of the items I received was in terrible condition! And ne just never arrive?
I tried contacting them seceral times, but there was no response at all! Awful service!!

Ordered a Triwizard personalized shirt. Quality is awful and is not worth its cost nor official merchandise expectations. Looks cheap - stitching is very messy. There are also thread pieces all over inside the shirt. Label "Made in China"... And this not the good kind of China quality. It's the one you'd expect from Aliexpress, Temu or etc. Sold for 51EUR, while the tag says 40USD != 51 EUR.
Support didn't help and doesn't read what you write, just sorrys, assumptions and excuses, but no help at all.
Official Harry Potter store sells overpriced cheap China quality merchandise... People expect to receive "magic", but instead receive cheap "trick".
Disappointed to say the least!
Too bad I didn't view reviews earlier, but I didn't expect such service from an official merch store...

I’ve purchased from them quite a few times with no problems. Unfortunately I received all melted rotton chocolate. When I asked for an exchange or refund, they said sorry, no. It wasn’t even packaged well enough to keep it from getting hot. Won’t be purchasing from them anymore!!

I ordered several items from this shop. Poor customer service overall. Slow and the quality of the items was equally poor. The quality of the jumper was absolutely horrible. You could get another jumper for cheaper in any other store. The description on the website states that it’s made from soft acrylic but it’s anything but soft. The jumper is so itchy that I couldn’t wear it. I tried to soften it by various means but it wasn’t possible (tried so many different ways but there is no fixing it). If you want to return the item, you have to pay return costs especially when ordering from outside the UK. It’s kind of a scam to describe something as soft and then deliver something that is extremely uncomfortable to wear and which isn’t actually objectively soft. Not compliant with UK consumer protection laws. Fraudulent misrepresentation too… if you induce people to enter into a contract on the basis that goods will be fit for purpose and they are not, then that’s very dishonest. The least that you could do is offer solutions…

pls dont be confused. if you get the wrong item, or just get tottaly scammed, you have visited the wrong web store. the orginal one is harry potter shop. not harry pot store. harry pot store is is a scam site.

I ordered from harrypot-shop.com. what a fake. Got 2 pairs of fake broken rayban glasses. Been contacting them for a while now n been asking many times for a refund but no joy. Will be in contact with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Actually I've not ordered on harrypot-shop.com because I was alerted by the names of the payment sites, and decided to redirect to harrypottershop.com which seems to be the only official one

I honestly got a bit worried when I saw all of these reviews (which was after I had already placed my order), but I actually received my ravenclaw adult robe super quickly, it looks absolutely fantastic and the packaging was flawless. I don't know if they changed management over the years, because most of the bad reviews are from a couple of years ago. But really, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a Gryffindor Quidditch Jumper, and instead have received a fake pair of Rayban sunglasses worth 10 USD. I have contacted the company on 2 occasions via their “contact us” page and received no response. My email and phone number was all over the outside of the packaging. Will certainly not be ordering from them again.

I made a near $400 purchase of multiple items and then received a completely different order Uber somebody else's name. I realized i can't find a phone number anywhere online or in the invoice so I message them. After receiving a return slip and sending back the wrong item, I get no response for weeks until finally somebody send me a message saying they're finally on their way. One my items arrived I realized that the ties are polyester, but when I placed the order they were advertised as silk. Who even does that? I would've still rated 4 stars if they sent the wrong items and sent the correct ones quickly, 3 for taking a while to reply but still getting the items, but what kind of company changing it up like that just makes me so uneasy to ever recommend to anybody else.
