Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Cancelled my appointment on three occasions (once the day before my appointment). Lost out on hotels, train fare etc.
When i eventually got my appointment they told me i wasn't able to get the treatment after already being pre-approved by one of their team. Have been requesting my £1970 back for over 4 months and they now don't even reply to my messages/emails. Never spoken to a manager after requesting this several times.
I have never dealt with a company like this before

Do not use this company as it’s a scam I have been trying to get my money back since 1st March 2022 and I’m still waiting, they ring you back tell you it’s going to go into your account but it doesn’t. Please do not use this company they are a total joke/scam I’m going to trading standards so this doesn’t happen to more people. Scam scam scam !!!!

I visited Dr Nectaria Polycarpou for root canal treatment
I visited Dr Nectaria Polycarpou for root canal treatment and had a fantastic experience.
Previously, my NHS dentist had tried on two occasions to undertake the procedure but I was in too much pain so they recommended that I have the treatment under sedation with a specialist. They referred me to a specialist who would not be able to see me for three months.
In order to expedite the issue, I researched online and found Dr Nectaria so referred myself to HSDC. I was able to book in at fairly short notice. Dr Nectaria undertook the procedure over two visits, without sedation, and I did not feel a thing. Throughout the whole experience, Dr Nectaria kept me at ease, was reassuring and was extremely kind. Dr Nectaria also gave me general advice and tips on dental health/cosmetics.
Obviously the cost of the treatment is higher than in most practices, but I am so glad I spent the money as it is clear that Dr Nectaria is extremely experienced. I would recommend Dr Nectaria to anyone who requires root canal treatment.
