I first spoke with Megan, as I found the online Boomerang form a bit confusing and I was really concerned about the packaging to ensure the kit was safe and secure. On the day of the collection, DPD had messed up and didn't sent a second box to collect a monitor. Megan moved really quickly to get this resloved and kept me adequately updated. Megan also surpassed my expectation by providing me with a fabulous work around to the failed collection. Thank you for all of your efforts, Megan. They were greatly appreciated.

My wife’s laptop failed in its final…
My wife’s laptop failed in its final year of the agreement. Thinking it out of warranty we approached a local technician who pronounced it dead - with a motherboard unreplaceable. I rang HardSoft who without issue arranged collection, fixed it and had it back within days as good as new.
