We moved into a new house and the bathroom window had the strangest little key that no-one, not even the company that provided the windows (many moons back) could recognise or identify. On ringing the window company's head office they fobbed me off telling me that it was not essential to have a key for security purposes however I wanted a complete set of window keys for our new house.

On a google search I stumbled upon Handles & Hinges website who advertised they could identify and provide window keys. I sent them a picture of the little key. Immediately Rebecca responded and asked for pictures of the actual window lock itself. Within minutes Rebecca had responded with a link to the key needed. I doubted it was correct as it looked different to the little key we had but ordered it anyway as Trustpilot reviews were very high. The keys arrived quickly and are, to my surprise!, a perfect fit and work amazing well.

So I highly recommend this company who obviously have a great deal of knowledge and better customer service than some of the leading window company's itself!

Moved into a new house earlier this year and was missing some of the keys for various windows.

The company identified the possible lock types it could have been and recommended which keys i would need really fast.

When I ordered the keys, they shipped them out pretty much instantly - but there was an issue with the post and they did not show up. When I contact hem about this they had another set in the post the same day to replace the lost set - which turned up in a matter of days

I will be pointing everyone that needs this kind of stuff their direction

What a fantastic company. I ordered some handles to replace our existing window handles as they were catching on our blinds. When I got them, I realised they weren't suitable (my mistake completely) and emailed H&H to say I needed to return them and why. I got an almost instant email back asking if I had perfect fit blinds, which is exactly what I had, and replied saying they'd obviously come across them before and was there a solution - email back, again extremely fast - with a link to the correct handles, which I ordered and they arrived within a couple of days, and I sent back the wrong ones, which were refunded very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Good online site where you can navigate to what you want. If you need a bit more help before ordering they speak to you IN PERSON! and will double check your thinking. My parts came with all fixings which was a great help. Prices and delivery costs great value and product excellent. My replacement door handles for UPVC outside door look immaculate. Many thanks.

Needed egress hinges for windows that didn’t comply with building regs. I had previously ordered from another company and I was sent hinges that were no better than the standard ones I’d already fitted. However the Handles and Hinges ones were exactly what I needed. Fast delivery and great service.

Needed a new letter box to replace the old fitting.
Having looked on the website, I couldn't find what I was looking for, as the aperture on my old door was of a different height to any that were shown.
I emailed the measurements, including the distance between the screw holes, and rapidly got an answer, complete with a link to the item I required.

Just moved into to a flat and the window was locked with no key. Sent a picture and within 10 minutes received a reply and link to the key we needed. Received the key within two days and hey presto the window opened!
The handle was old, had no makers mark so I was sceptical however had no need to be.
Brilliant service and saved a fortune by not having to replace the whole lock, thank you!

I didn't have the key to one of the UPVC windows in our new house, and had no idea what make it was. I sent a photo of the handle to the team here and they came back within 5 minutes with the key they had identified. I was dubious they could do it so quickly but it was only £5 so I ordered anyway....arrived a day later and it was correct! Great service

Quick and effective service. The locks I was looking for keys for are at least 25yrs old. The team responded to me within 24hrs with a solution, and had the resulting keys with me a day after that. Fantastic no-fuss service - and saved me having to spend ££ on replacing locked windows where the key had been lost. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, as a landlord I wanted to make sure I had keys for every window, some of which were missing. I sent a picture of the window handles through the website and a few minutes later had a response telling me which keys I needed. Once ordered they arrived a couple of days later and they all fit perfectly.

I got a quick response to my enquiry about extra keys and was advised to buy new handles instead. The website was clear about which ones would fit so I ordered a set which arrived three days later. Easy to fit and look much better than the old ones. If I'd known it was this straightforward I wouldn't have spent hours trying to source the right keys.

I ordered some door handles, unfortunately DPD delivered them to the wrong address. Spoke to Rebecca at Handles and Hinges, she was super efficient and got the problem sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

I recently bought some flipper gasket from handles and hinges and the dimensions they show on their website matched those of the old gasket. The insert bead size and the distance across the flipper were the same. However the gasket width at the top (exposed on the outside of the door) was much thinner and did not look in proportion to the picture shown. So would be useless in the door. This order was non refundable so be careful when ordering gasket.

I've recently moved into a property with a locked window and no key to fit it, with little to go on but the image of the handle this company resolved my query within 2 minutes of me sending the email query, that was yesterday, following their speedy reply I ordered a set of 3 keys from Handles and Hinges to cover every lock the manufacturer had used over the years of production and they arrived this morning, I now have a key to open my window and I'm well happy.

Had a really good experience with them. Sent a photo of my window handles on a weekend, got a reply with a link on Monday - bought the keys and they were there on Tuesday. And, most importantly, the keys worked!

Happy to recommend Handles & Hinges uPVC Ltd for their multifit patio door wheels. Have been looking for new wheels for my 30 year old Magnet Aluminium sliding doors for the last few years with no success. Found this company online through their Magnet patio door wheels original part listing. Luckily for me they are out of stock and I opted for the multi fit option which is 2 sets of 2 wheels "low" & "high" Ordered and the wheels arrived 3 days later. Fitting involved a bit of fettling and drilling to install the new wheels, the "low" set worked for me. Sliding door now as good as new.
Posted the unused pair of Wheels back late on Thursday and notified of refund at midday Friday.
Good product with 2 wheels to each unit rather than the original 1 wheel & made in steel rather than original alloy. Fairly sure the wheels will outlast the doors. Will use this company again if I need parts for windows or doors.

Couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. They switched a part that wasn't quite right and the replacement fits and works perfectly.
