Hair Care Canada Ltd. Recensioni

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Hair Care Canada and it’s gone perfectly both times. I couldn’t find a local salon to keep buying a product that’s essential to my hair care routine (Kevin Murphy’s Re.store) and was glad to find somewhere online I could order it. It shipped quickly, well packaged, and arrive in perfect condition.

Ordering was easy and product arrived very quickly. Will definitely order from this company again 😊

Cute personalized e-mail from the CEO, thanking me for my purchase. Great package tracking. Delivery on expected date. Product is also exactly what I wanted! Well done!

My order was processed quickly and shipped right away. I’m very happy with the service and I will order again.
Thank you

Received my package quickly. Everything was well packed.
Thank you very much.

6th time ordering and every time we have gotten exactly what we ordered with fast delivery. Best place to buy hair products in all of Canada.

I made an error when I placed my order and customer service got back to me right away, which I really appreciated. My products shipped fast and I’m sure my friend will love her birthday presents!

The site was very easy to navigate, and the products they distribute are great! On top of that, my order showed up earlier than expected! My hair is saved!!!

Thanks Hair Care Canada <3

I had some trouble getting my discount code to work. I went on the live chat and asked if they could figure out why my code kept coming up invalid. The person I spoke with couldn’t find the problem but gave me the discount anyway and immediately refunded the amount. That’s awesome service! No fuss no muss. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

I was thrilled to be able to get the products I ordered at reasonable prices. Thank you

Awful experience. I had made orders here before and they were great. I recently ordered a daily large order and hair care Canada shipped my order to the wrong address. I contacted support and they will not resend any product or even partially refund my purchase. Regardless of the pact all addresses on my invoice are correct it was a shipping error on their part. Do not order there is no customer support. I will not be buying here again.

Replying to reply: the address I entered for the order was correct as seen on my invoice. I entered correct adress

I received my order quickly and complete. Thank you for an expedient and professional experience! I will definitely order again.

Best regards,

Jackie

I just received my products, and I was very impressed with the efficient ordering process and the speedy delivery. Products were packaged very well, and I am enjoying them very much.

I was given regular updates regarding the tracking info and delivery dates. I was also updated about the delays and the actual delivery time. It was very professional

I would definitely use this company again. Very timely service and very respectful communication to enhance the good service.
