This has to be the worst breakdown company in the U.K .
Shame on brokers that sell this product .
Oh no you’re not entitled to a replacement vehicle unless you had stayed in Calais with your broken down vehicle was there first excuse .
In Calais they had a list of only 5 hotels on there books so they were unable to be supply us with a room .
No help or information on how to get home we had to pay our own way back home.
My vans alternator packed up at border force check in.
They had no mechanics on there roster available. .Repatriation of the van taken over a month .
Just been offered £250 reimbursement if I jump through there loops of paper work and qualify .

Don’t ever use this company!
No communication whatsoever!!
Our motorhome was collected on a breakdown, but took them 9 days to return it! Even worse.. not one single text, email, message or phone call from them to inform us where it was or when it would be delivered home despite endless phone calls from myself.. I email two complaints and
I ended up logging it with Citizens Advice.. only when I threatened to report it to the police as a missing vehicle did I receive any sort of communication! Don’t say you haven’t been warned! rely on them at your peril.. they don’t even deserve one star!

Paid for cover for two years, car wouldn't start (suspect battery), car booked for MOT this morning, they refused to attend because it didn't have an MOT. Absolutely useless, do not use these characters

Hadleigh Claims Management Ltd. permitted an excessive fraudulent claim against my fully reported 1mph bumper nudge parking accident. The claimant was awarded £ 7,800 they never checked with me despite my clear advice that the only damage caused was cosmetic to a motor bike mud-guard.
