Clean, Covid safe premises. Welcoming efficient reception staff. Doctor listened to my wishes and helped me weigh up the options, was very open and honest about what I should expect. Very pleased with treatments. I would recommend.

The medical process itself was fine. However, having arrived on time I was left sitting in an empty waiting room for 30 minutes. No explanation was given, no warning that the practitioner was running late and no acknowledgement, by the practitioner, that I had been left waiting.

You will never be disappointed with the treatments, the service and the overall experience at this clinic. I cannot exaggerate their professionalism, they spend time in discussing your needs and ensuring everything is done perfectly. I have had ghe aqualyx for tummy fat which is really good, and the skin tech facial, i cant recommend this enough its amazing the results are fantastic.

Five star from me, I love their customer service, and customer satisfaction is their first priority.

An excellent and personable service. They really do go above and beyond to make sure the treatment is explained and that you feel comfortable before going for it. During my laser treatment I genuinely feel at ease and know I’m in safe hands.

Amazing customer service and care. We attained an appointment quickly and the staff was wonderful and helpful. What I particularly like that there’s no pressure to take the treatment and you get even free advice of how to better look after yourself, not enough professionals do that.

Its was great experience when I first visit your office, the welcoming was great 👍 and the precaution taken concerning Covid 19 😮 and the reception I got from the practitioner gave me a thought that i am in the right place, there I knew all is well, thank you and keep up the good work.

Good result, but I do have some bruises That will take a week or so to go. I also find it very expensive (more than what I was paying on Harley street for a physician).
