Great customer service. Ordered Jaguar 405 sewing machine which arrived within a few days of ordering. Had a minor issue with door catch which resolved itself. GUR were prepared to collect machine and offer refund, not required. Machine is excellent, very clever, easy needle threading. Really pleased with purchase.l

I emailed them with a question which was answered within a couple hours . The items arrived within a couple of days. Excellent services would use them again.

Ordering was easy, even though choosing was hard :D Delivery was next day as promised. The delivery company arrived on time and the box was in perfect order.

Ordered 2 feet for my sewing machine on the 2nd April but didn’t arrive until 12th.did email after a week just to see if they had been depatched but no reply.after paying £3.95 postage for 2 small items hoping to have received them sooner !

Easy to contact, helpful and fast delivery

The machine was perfect for beginners, the slow speed was amazing, very easy to use and understand. The only issue was the threading of the cotton, it was harder than expected and didn't think it came up to my expectations, it kept cutting the cotton not feeding it through. I'm hoping that will improve. Reading the manual was easy and read it several times before i made an attempt to use it.
It arrived the very next day and was very impressed with the service.

Have used this company quite a few times now and they have never let me down. My last order was supposed to come by post next week, but to my amazement it was delivered by courier this morning!
I highly recommend GUR Sewing.
