Gunn & Grant Recensioni

Had a good experience with the process and I had a deadline for delivery which the fullfiled and also were very accommodating when I changed my delivery address at the last minute.

Great Service.

Michael came round to measure me at home and was able to provide samples of all the tartans I wanted to see before I ordered. I am now the owner of a cracking pair of tartan trews that I am delighted with.

Easy simple and speedy

I rang your company and left a message and within half a day, I had somebody ring me and answer all of my questions. The process online was efficient but what made the experience great was having someone knowledgeable at the end of the phone. The team has been in touch to communicate progress regularly. The product is fantastic. A wonderful experience of great product and first class customer service

First class in every aspect from ordering advice to the finished product

Michael was great to deal with.
Questions answered promptly, and my trews arrived within the time stated.
The quality of the product is excellent.
Would use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.

Outstanding service. Excellent communications and support. Managed to turn around my order well ahead of suggested deadline which I was hoping for!

Measurement instructions easy to follow, delivered in just over 5 weeks after order was made. Trews needed a couple of minor adjustments, of which Gunn & Grant promptly paid £30.

An absolute 10/10 experience from Michael. I emailed late one night asking about my tartan that wasn't featured on the website. Within an hour it was added and ready for an order; at this price with strong customer relations it was a no brainer to go with Gunn & Grant.
I received my fully lined trews 6 weeks after and fit perfectly, but good to know that they could be tailored gratuitously if needed.
Absolutely no doubt that I would recommend to anyone looking for trews that this is the company to go with!

I used this company via a recommendation. Excellent service all round. Fast and friendly communication/ advice. Great quality Trews and super value for money. A great turn around time / delivered direct to the house.

This was my second pair of trews from Gunn and Grant as one pair was just not enough! Michael never disappoints regarding quality and phenomenal customer satisfaction. Another job well done!

Excellent service, turnaround time exactly as indicated.
Well made trews and measurements were spot on. I made a mistake when ordering not to ask for fully lined but not the fault of the company. Would highly recommend this service to anyone, so many tartans to choose from ☺️

Very good value for money. Measuring easy to do and everything as per times quoted.

Great service, great trews! Perfect fit! Remember to get the bowtie in the same tartan to round up the whole look! The trews are worth every penny - tailor made and great quality! Very happy I chose gunn and grant.

From start to finish this has to be the best service and quality of product I've ever had. The easy to follow instructions for measuring, communications regarding tartan availability in themselves were great, but when the Trews arrived so well wrapped with care and attention I was totally blown away by the pure quality of the product. Will wear my Family Tartan Trews wih pride for many years to come. Massive thanks Michael.

Cannot fault the experience. Superb service and product.

Lovely quality and super fast delivery. Customer services were very helpful when I requested an urgent order. Thank you

The service and personal contact from Michael at the company was excellent. The 'Trews' arrived safely, they were beautifully packaged and great quality. My son came by today to collect and they were a perfect fit and looked great on, the trouser cut was excellent. So very pleased customers all round!

Ordered tartan trews online for my son who lives in Australia. Measuring was very simple by following the guidance. Son is absolutely delighted with the quality and perfect fit.
