Shipping to Italy takes 3-6 working days, unfortunately, this does not include the weekends or bank holidays. I can see that your order arrived within the time specifications, but I am sorry it didn't arrive sooner.

Your order started it's shipping on the 12th May
Shipment to your country officially takes 3 - 6 working days, this does not include the weekend.
I have checked your tracking and it states that your order on the
19/05/2020 16:03 Departured from the sending office an is in transit.
Unfortunately, delays may occur due to shipping companies having to adhere to their government guidelines due to Covid-19.

I am sorry you have incurred a delay on your order. Unfortunately our shipping company had a few problems and we have just been advised that your order was lost.
We are resending your order tomorrow ( Thursday 2nd January ) and we will be sending it DHL Express.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, along with the Christmas and New Year holiday season communication wasn't the best.
