The worst experience ever. I bought a watch 2 weeks ago and the order is pending in somewhere the United States. I contacted support and they said the watch is gonna take 3 to 4 weeks more. Very disappointed with this brand, webpage and customer support. I would never buy again from there.

Good experiences with buying directly from G-Shock. Communication is a little bit lacking, but overall every purchase was a success.

This watch is ridiculous got to b a genius just to set it the directions are so small the worst POS ever

Good watch but can’t see the time at night

I am so disappointed I paid 128 for a g-shock watch the watch looks great but it’s useless and the worst thing about it is the way they designed the watch you can’t see the time at night even if you hit the back light. And I bought it only to find out there’s no return policy on the watch so I’m stuck with a useless nice looking design on my arm smh

My disabled partner Orders a watch two weeks ago.It still has not arrived even though it was in stock.This was supposed to be my birthday present.Phooyeybon you Casio.Your watches are rubbish.I'll stick to Seiko and Citizen who know how to look after their customers.

The watch is as as great as described. But the service is very poor.

Extremely rude to say the least, tried to ask genuine serious questions about a one plus 8 pro Mobile phone I was interested in, when I asked about condition and imei number, I was told only after an offer would I be granted the imei number, so I offered e1 to be able to pm him with an offer of the full amount but with free postage, he blocked me on Adverts.ie so I was unable to comment or even make an offer ,
I am on Adverts.ie and done deal buying and selling for years long before this crowd appeared,fairly dissatisfied and disappointed with their awful customer care AVOID

Horrible on-line experience. I bought a $300 watch and paid $30 for the Express 1/2 day shipping.

two days later my watch still hasn’t even been shipped out to me and I can’t get a hold of anyone through email or phone number to give me any kind of update information.

As of yet I still have no information as far as when the watch might be delivered or where it is the delivery process.

I really expected more from a large company like Cacio and I expected better customer service but I guess not this will be the last time I ever buy anything from them.

I would give this website 0 stars if I could. I will never order from this place again. I am so upset! I ordered 3 watches from them and when I ordered them they said it was "in stock" which was a lie because after they took the money out of my account which was INSTANTLY, they sent me a message saying that ALL of the watches were "OUT OF STOCK". If I knew they were "out of stock I would not have ordered them. Now I received a message saying that my order has shipped so I tried to track it and it says that my tracking number doesn't even exist. Not to mention it says FedEx and USPS so I'm not even sure who is supposed to deliver them. Also every time I message them which is a lot they never get back to me or answer the phone. Now I'm out almost $300 so please think twice about ordering from this website.

Horrible online and retail experience. Preordered watch and everything was set so I waited for release. Night before releases I get an email that says sorry your order didn’t complete. The item was now sold out and all my time was wasted. Next they released a watch, Goku collab, it sells out in one minute. No ability to preorder or anything. But they continue to advertise it as available everywhere, continue to pretend like it’s a part of their active line up. All misleading and false. I will never own a gshock and will share this to every outlet possible. They do not care about customers, only their image.

Bitterly disappointed that these weak watches cannot even handle a bit of sea water. Not even diving or snorkelling, just swimming. It's a blatant lie to claim that these watches are 200m water resistant. Ask any diver. Couldn't handle 3m. Pathetic. Watch casing is falling apart.

I own a PRG-270 pro-trek and two G-Shocks so far and these have been serving me for years causing absolutely no problems at all. Really reliable and long-lasting watches, that can withstand all the sport activities, even the most rough situations, I checked that myself!

I have placed an order on the 15th of November 2018 via the official website, received the confirmation with the order id. The money was taken from my bank account. Everything went smooth.

The next day I received a letter notifying that my order "has been placed on backorder and will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available". So I was patiently waiting for a few days.

Finally, on the 21st of November gshock.com has cancelled the order.

At the same time this website was selling the exact models few times after the 15th (when I placed my order) and those people successfully received their items. I don't know what's happened with their system, maybe a glitch or something... but why people who placed orders after me, received them while my order was cancelled 6 days after?

Oh and I forgot to mention that their customer support wasn't willing to help me at all. I kept receiving standard e-mails with lots of typos. That's it.

Extremely disappointed....
