April 17, 2024, I bought the new G-Shock GPR-H1000. At first, I loved the watch. It does amazing things, one of which, is the vibration alarm. However, after my GD 350's vibration alarm broke after a year and a half, I decided to use the BEEP notification. However, the BEEP function does not work. Unbelievable! What really irritates me is that I have to send the watch to G-Shock for them to fix the problem. I have to pay shipping to get it fix! It will cost me money to get a $500.00 watch that I bought on April 24, 2024 fixed! So I set the notification function to VIB. I'll workaround the broken BEEP function. Don't waste your money on fancy G-Shocks; the function seem to break not to long after purchase. Stick to the Casio F95W. It's less that $20, so when it breaks, you have not lost much.

I have a Pathfinder that was 5 years warranty and it has 15 now working fine with same battery, but recently started to lose charge so I used to leave it charging for a while under an electric LED or sun light but after several days the warning of LOW charge showed up again, but this and last time the screen become dark brown and no numbers or letters can be read on the seen.
I want to repair it if possible as I love it, please send me instructions where to send it. Thanks, J Diaz

My best friend got me a Casio G-Shock GBD-H2000-1A9 after our conversation about becoming an athlete and he recommend G Shock which i can literally boost of to be the best when it comes to timing for athlete with the other performance tracker, Gps, and bluetooth features it got super reliable and recommended

All of you writing bad reviews; when you go bargain hunting on eBay. Jomashop, Amazon etc. you're most likely getting a refurbished, returned, damaged, or even a counterfeit or replica and not even realize it. That not casios fault, it's your own.

Rubbish. i just smashed one up and threw another in a charity skip. replacing the battery requires such dancing about. i can change battery on any watch without having to reset it or jig about but on a gshock they go into this hset sub mode and i smashed one up today because it would not go out of this mode. i watched several videos showing how to do it but no buttons worked and i gave up. skmei and smael are far better watches. easier to read easier to reset and change battery on. plus 10 times cheaper. i would not have a gshock watch given me now.

Love the look and feel of my GA-2000s but changing the time is the biggest mission ever! Digital display is tiny and dark and cannot read. However many youtube videos I watch they all seem to be different and I get nowhere. No aftersales support and instructions are useless. Amazing how it is so difficult. Patience has snapped & I've had enough now and getting rid.

Jesus Christ G-Shock sort your website out. Literally one of the worst websites to navigate.

On holiday and can not set it to local time. The watch is crap will put a hammer through it when I get home.

Bought a watch online with G-shock.com on the 30th of March cause I wanted to get a present for myself for my bday. Model number GBD-400 was the watch, was super excited, received the watch 4 days after. Loved the watch but the color of the watch (gray) didn’t convince me a lot. Left it on the box for a couple of days after I received it cause I didn’t want to wear it just yet. Two days after, took it to work (I’m watch technician) I don’t work in construction, nor I rubbed it with any clothes or put any cream on my skin or took it to the beach etc. When i was on the way home noticed that the bezel turned into a charcoal color looked like I wore the watch 100 times. Looked like it was very dirty, was very disappointed honestly cause I’ve spent $175.00 and I thought I wore it for one day and the watch bezel was totally defective. The next day I’ve sent an email to support, explained everything, next thing received an email from them a lady by the name of Jasmine Wiggins telling me that she was very sorry to hear this that unfortunately they could not help me, that if I wanted I can send the watch for a strap replacement (who was taking about a strap) So pissed and upset the way they treated me. Pretty much i gave them away $175.00 to get a defective watch and no one was even able to help me. Honestly I would never buy a watch with this company again. Very bad customer service and I had a very bad experience with their product. That’s all I gotta say.

I have a Casio g shock module no. 5229 5518. I bought this in 2018. I have hardly wore the damn thing On. It's never been dropped it's never been damaged it's been fine. Until I started to wear it. I noticed the digital time date and everything is working fine but the analogue hands are out of sync. So took it to h.samule who did everything they could and the said it looks new it's clearly not been damaged in anyway. So they called Casio to find out about a service which is more than the watch is worth.
So went online and their online system is a joke. All it does is throws articles that have no reliance to the clear issue which is it's a faulty unit.
I will no longer buy Casio g shock watches again as they are over priced rubbish.

Digital is hard to read as background is too dark
Buttons stupidly small
Can adjust digital time but not clock hands
Very disappointed, am taking it back and move on to something that actually works

My $350 GG-1000 1A watch, fogs up in 45 degree weather. I will have to pay to get this fixed, after wearing for 4 months.
I received it as a gift, getting it returned will not be easy. I have read many issues regard this, with G Shock.
I will never purchase another one.

Amazing!! I always knew that G-Shocks were hearty, that’s why I bought one for my farmer-husband, but WOW so impressed! Today he had to assist a calf birth and had no time to remove the watch before he had to go elbow deep up a cows fanny! After the 30 minute muff dive the watch still worked perfectly! (Albeit a little smelly!) 10 points!!

I purchased my G-Shock S-Series CLEAR/RG RESIN I explained I wanted a hardy watch for swimming at no time was I told the clear resin band would discolour, under three months the watch was orange dirty colour, I took back to Jewellers and they sent to company with which they said no, very disappointed I would not buy I do not recommend!!

Seriously disappointed with the lack of post-sales support from G Shock. I can't think of another company with such poor support.
I bought a brand new $500+tax GBDH-1000 from your website a few months back. The watch has given me nothing but problems since...
Getting it to connect to my phone's Bluetooth is a daily challenge.
Fitness tracking, ditto. It also routinely shows my heart rate at 220bpm.
Now, one of its buttons does not work, and Casio is telling me to pay to ship it to a 3rd party service center to be looked at.
They have refused to provide a shipping label. Why do I have to pay to fix a faulty product that I spent close to $600CAD on??
I own 5 G Shock watches. If this is the level of service that I can expect when I run into a problem, this will be the last CASIO product I'll ever buy.
Terrible... Maybe I should have stuck with Garmin??

Almost impossible to use in real life. I have bought a g shock 5611. Spent over an hour just trying to set the time. The instructions it comes with are completely useless, go to you tube for fractionally better instructions but still terrible. You can’t set any function if it is around 4pm or 20 past the hour as the hands cover the function screen and you can’t move the hands away from the screen. The buttons are incredibly fiddly to push. I honestly cant think of one positive thing to say about this product

I have been really happy with g shock over the year got my first gwg 1000 mudmaster absolutely love it. Watch arrived today and I can't believe how bad the GBD-H1000 build quality is I was expecting the same build quality as my gwg 1000 mudmaster I am disappointed not a high standard that I expect from casio.
The watch feel so light wait it like you have not even got a watch on at all. I was just looking for a heavy more tough quality watch like I am use to from casio I feel this will be my last casio for me. I think I get what I pay for if you are looking for great out standing standard of watch stay with the rangeman or mudmaster range.

I bought a Casio G Shock Mudmaster at REI in October. $380 for a plastic watch but I loved the design. Within a month I noticed it misted up after a shower. It would clear quickly but is still unacceptable for a watch that's supposed to handle being covered in mud. Then I noticed it had lost nearly 5 minutes, and then more. I usually set my watches a few minutes fast so I figured it was trying to synch with Pacific standard time. Wrong; it was just slowing down. Then it just stopped working. Most likely the battery but I never used any functions except the backlight on a few occasions. At that point I realized I'd purchased a cool looking plastic toy. Luckily REI has a great exchange policy so it was returned. Lesson learned.

Don’t ever by a G-Shock Mudmaster. After paying £300 within a month the clock face misted up in cold weather, the battery died within 12 months and now the time doesn’t work. They are by far the worse watch you can buy. Customer services and the warranty are completely pointless, no help whatsoever.
