Following my superb Heat Pump install by the folks at Greenlands Heating. Some Remedial making good was needed to complete the works. This was carried out by Greenlands Contractors Mathew and Leo. I am happy to say they carried out this reinstatement work inside our home, expertly, without mess and were keen to make sure we were totally satisfied before leaving. I would add the lads noticed one of my rain water gutterings was not draining and took the the time to clear the blockage they were not responsible for but is again typical of the way these gentlemen work. I've said it before that they are a credit to the company their trade and themselves. And this minor but vital job was done as if it was the main contract install... So again... Thanks Mathew & Leo two top draw contractors.

Matthew & Neil came out to plaster my bay window, they were professional and tidied up after themselves, Would use again.

Just had my air source heat pump installed by Greenlands. Through the Heat Geek network. Really pleased with everything that’s been done. The plumbers installed really tidy pipework in and around the tank in the airing cupboard. It’s was quite disruptive as I live in a small house. But the plumbers were very considerate about my well being. They left the place nice and clean. It only took them 3 days. Which was brilliant.
Simon from Greenlands even went above and beyond in customer service. He noticed that my local Jackdaws were pooping on the unit when taking off from a perch above it. This would have damaged the finish of the unit over time. I was thinking that I would have to get someone out to put up bird spikes. However he went up the ladder and stuck them on himself. I was touched by this expression of kindness. Thank you Simon, thank you Greenlands. I can easily recommend their service to you.

TLDR: a great team, excellent service, very professional and with the skill-sets to match.

Greenlands were brought in by Heat Geek to install an ASHP in our five bedroom detached house. This was a big job which additionally entailed replacing 8mm copper pipework to all the radiators with 15mm copper supplied by 22mm trunks. All the rads were supplied from pipes under the floorboards upstairs, and I was quite anxious about the installation as I knew it would involve a lot of disruption including taking up carpets, underlay and moving furniture around, not to mention decorations. In addition there were three bathrooms, one which had been newly renovated and two others which had floor tiles. The work was completed in ten days, a couple of days over what was anticipated but in less time that I had imagined.

This project was over a year in the making, and to keep this review short, I will only say that two other companies engaged by Heat Geek had been unable to take on the project, one for being unable to give a firm quote, the other for being unable/unwilling to take on the extensive pipe refit and lacking the skills to manage moving and incorporating an existing solar thermal installation.

Any anxiety about the work quickly dissipated once the work got underway. What helped me most was the responsiveness and care all members of the team took when raising concerns and making suggestions for alterations/adjustments as work was underway. A job of this scale was always going to encounter snags and the problem solving skills of those involved was second to none, not least in finding ways to route pipes with the least disruption and without lifting floor tiles!

The quality of plumbing work was excellent (I know as I have done quite a bit myself in the past), with their focus (appearing to me, at least) on getting the best job done rather than cutting costs (and corners). Not only was all the old CH pipe work replaced, but a new hot water tank installed in the loft (replacing a vented tank in a cupboard) and a cold water storage tank (a relic from the 60's when the house was first built) removed from the loft, allowing mains water supply direct to all the taps and significantly improving flow in mixer taps not really designed to be used in low-pressure systems.

Greenlands is a B Corps certified company and it shows. I have not worked with such an enthusiastic, motivated and well organised team ever, and I have been involved in quite a few large building projects in the past (not my profession though).

I am more than happy to recommend Greenlands for heating upgrades, especially an ASHP installation, and in fact anything to do with heating/plumbing and renewables. Their service, from beginning to end, should be the gold standard for others to follow.

My experience with Greenlands heating was superb.
Their representative Mal was super knowledgable and explained things in a clear precise way in a manner that I could understand and appreciate.
He was professional at all times taking care in all aspects of the inspection and the process he took in working out what would be the best heating system for my house.
He was polite at all times and obviously takes pride not only in his company but the work he does.
I would certainly recommend Maldwyn and his company Greenlands to anybody for genuine advice and I look forward to the installation happening

Chris and Joel the engineers installing the ASHP,have both been amazing, the attention to detail has been excellent. No query has been too small or deemed insignificant to answer...very thoughtful and respectful within the house ..

Chris and craw fitting a air source boiler/heat pump done a brilliant job of it craw was courteous and polite at all times and cleaning up any mass after themselves every step of the way talk us though all the step there were doing everyday and all the setting on the controls thank you very much to you all

Unfortunately not the best experience.requested to be advised what day work would be carried out and to start around 9 am . I explained the situation with my disabled son, so would have appreciated some understanding. Justin I believe his name was turned up knocking the door at 8am ready to start ! Not only was the time discussed and notes were given I wasn’t even advised what day the work would be carried out . Really unprofessional. Later that morning Lee ? Arrived to find out that the job was cancelled due to Justin arriving early . Lee was amazing . Very apologetic and understanding , most definitely more professional which was appreciated

The Gardener from Greenland's Mathew did an amazing job doing a patio and making sure it was level and no trip hazards for my disabiled partner. Very pleased with his work five star

Really experenced and considerate team. Chris, Simon and the team installed my heat pump and cooker and went out of their way to make sure it was done in the way i wanted. Wpuld definitely recommend Greenlands.

Nick and justin, came to fit a roof tile. They were very polite, and completed the job, quickly and efficiently.

Greenlands Energy we're brilliant throughout, with communication from Maldwyn being great from first point of contact, and every member of staff being incredibly polite during their days of work on my Heat Pump installation.

All of the workmen from Greenlands were fantastic; they were all knowledgeable in their work, friendly towards residents and support staff on site, and just generally great people. After works were completed, the workmen were very good at cleaning up and clearing all leftover materials. Great service

Lee & Rob were amazing from start to finish 👏 never came across any workmen like these two

Chris, Joel and the team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole week. They were very respectful of our home and kept us informed of the progress at all times. They left each day having cleaned and tidied after themselves. Chris was very patient in his explanation of how everything works, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend!!!! The dogs loved their company too.

The boys who came to fit the loft trays were excellent . Matthew and Leo were clean, confident and very pleasant . Very helpful in passing some things down that I had stored in the attic and clear and concise in telling me what they were going to be doing . Over and above standard

Excellent customer service.
Every step of the way was managed and planned, all of the installers were efficient and professional. We cannot fault the installation, that coupled with the aftercare and customer support from Bryn, Maldwyn, Simon and Sam has given us absolute confidence in the new Air source heat pump heating system with the on going efficiency and the move away from fossil fuels.
