Just received my delivery from Greener books via eBay. Listed as a set of 14 books, I received one book from the set. Very misleading. I read similar previous bad reviews but decided foolishly to give them a go . Save your time money and show elsewhere.

Book didn't arrive. Greener books blamed Royal Mail for non-delivery. Not convinced as RM is really reliable and from previous reviews on here, it looks as if at least half of orders from Greener Books aren't delivered. I think I know where the fault lies.

Book arrived promptly.
I ordered this book to recapture a small part of my childhood and was excited to see I would be buying a 1968 edition of the book, in the full knowledge that my childhood book would have actually been an earlier version.
I was gutted to see that the book was a 1990 reprint and I would never have ordered this book as the cover artwork reflects a much more modern age.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered and received a book from Greener Books through Amazon. A lift the flap book when it arrived it was grubby (used but good condition the description for the book) the back whole flap was missing. Not at all happy. I’ll not buy from here again.

When a book I ordered failed to arrive, they gave me back my money. They were efficient, friendly and very good. I thought this was excellent since the book had been lost by Royal Mail and not them. The other book came promptly and was well packaged and better than its original Amazon description. I would order from them again.

The book i ordered never arrived so they said they would send another which also never arrived it seems this is a problem other people have had they blamed it on the post but i cannot believe that both times the book went missing.

All the negative reviews are true! I ordered and was expecting my package the day before Christmas to give to my young niece, needless to say, I didn't receive it. I have waited a week and I still have no idea where my package is, I've tried to reach out to them to get another copy but I've heard nothing from them.

I bought a large and heavy DIY book (via Amazon) which arrived incredibly quickly. The book is excellent and comprehensive and I need it for a Christmas present. However, the packaging was flimsy (just a wrapper) and the edges of the book were very bashed up and made it look second hand I suggest more padding for heavier books in future!

Just received a pre-owned book from this great company. It arrived promptly and was in better condition than I expected. Considering it was a large and heavy book - and was very reasonably priced - I really don’t know how they can supply them post free. Extremely impressed, and will definitely use again.

What an appalling company this is. I ordered a book through Amazon but when it arrived it was filthy, dirty and damaged. I returned it to Greener Books from whence it came asking for a clean copy. Eventually they sent me another, but instead of sending a new, clean copy, they sent the one I had returned. Very poor show Greener Books. I won’t ever be buying from you in the future.

Bought a Martin O'Brien book from them through Amazon - brilliant, the condition was supposed to good but a brand new book arrived. Cheapest price too, would definitely buy from them again.

Disgraceful customer service book never arrived promised a replacement would be sent, that to didn't arrive and now not replying to messages.

Purchased a book 8th October - it never arrived. Emailed them and was told COVID & Royal Mail was the problem, they said they will send another, it also never arrived (after 10 days), emailed them again got exactly the same email response as the first time......terrible experience, will not order from them again. I got stuff from China that I ordered AFTER the second book was supposedly dispatched, already!
Update: my book finally arrived this morning! So all in all not a brilliant experience but they delivered in the end.....if you've ordered from them - be patient!

The book was described as being in "good" condition but it was actually much better than this. I would descibe it as "like new" or "pristine". So kudos to the seller particularly as it was the cheapest on the market.
I would always prefer a padded envelope but in most cases such as this the condition is not affected and I realise it keeps the price down.

My book got lost but Greener Books gave me a refund promptly.My book did turn up eventually and I asked Greener Books to re-charge my credit card. I have found their service to be very good, their books in condition good or better.Unlike other book sellers they have not hiked the cost of postage and packaging so purchasing from Greener Books is great. Thank you.

I ordered a text book from Greenerbooks last week. I live in Ireland and the book arrived very quickly, even though covid is slowing everything down. The book was in very good condition. Great price, good quality and fast delivery. Thank you Greenerbooks!

Ordered 4 school books for my son. I was amazed to see how quickly they arrived during this difficult lockdown period and in perfect condition.
Highly recommended.

What a service! My book arrived we’ll before the due date. Was, as far as I could tell, new and unread.
