I ordered a book from them called Sandy shores by Kurt Muller as advertised by them on Amazon ……
The sent me a book called
A history of the machine by Sigvard Strandh …..
I contacted Amazon and was given a full refund and told I could keep the incorrect book they sent me …

Another dire experience with Greener Books. They giving me a Royal Mail tracking number and Royal Mail doesn't even recognise it. Not the first time this has happened either. Like all of Ihezi's companies, it's "get the money in for Africa, to Hell with satisfying the customer" !

I wrote a stinky review on Amazon as I hadn’t received a book . I emailed Tina at customer services on a Saturday and she got back to me straight away and sorted it out . The books I received were in good condition. I’m very impressed with the customer service and will buy again . I couldn’t manage to amend my Amazon review . Sorry about that !

Paid £4.99 for a very slim softback children's reading book 'Days Out With Frog and Toad'. Described as 'Very Good ' condition. Of 64 pages 32 had bright pink or yellow highlighter through many sentences. Some pages were annotated with notes in Japanese. Unusable.

Ordered via thier ebay site. They claimed that 2 people bought the same second hand book at the same time. Seems unlikely. Days later still haven't processed my refund. Scam artists. Avoid.

Book cover dirty and scuffed. Writing on several pages. Really poor. Would not have paid £4.86 if I had known. Will definitely not buy from them again.

look like a bunch of charlatans. trying to contact these frauds via Amazon regarding order which has been dispatched but gone AWOL since early July

Ordered a travel book for upcoming holiday, via Amazon.es. tracking number only applies whilst still in uk, l live in Spain. 15 days passed with no delivery and no tracking updates! I contacted Greener books via Amazon app, they always answered, but their answers were just bot like standard replies, and never the answer to my question.
Book NEVER ARRIVED, Amazon refunded my money.
DO MOT TRUST GREENER BOOKS!

They sent the wrong book. I've received a shabby copy of something I wouldn't read for £8.21. Not open over the weekend. I've never used them before and won't use them again. I have not had this experience from any other company. Packed in plastic and late to boot.

Extremely disappointing!  
Took my order, and my money, generated a tracking number (which didn't work), then did nothing!  
Book never dispatched.  
No communication, no updates, no response to messages ... nothing!  
Almost 4 weeks later (after going through eBay), without any explanation or apology, cancelled my order and issued a refund.  
(after reading other reviews here, if I'd not had eBay's Money Back Guarantee I doubt I'd have received any refund).  
Zero customer service, absolute waste of time and effort, shameful company.  
AVOID!!  

I bought a travel guide in ,'very good condition' via Amazon. When it arrived, it was grubby, dog eared, folded pages, and unusually for a travel book was missing its maps. Rather defeats the point of a travel guide. To be fair, Amazon issued a refund, but Greener Books?? Don't bother!

Would not recommend buying from this book store - I wish I read the trust partner reviews before making my purchase.
I ordered two books that were for gifts, when both books arrived they were in really poor condition, so I had to sent them back. And doing this and lost 1/3 of the overall price in postage fees returning the books.
Stay clear of this place, not worth your time money and energy

Along with all the hundreds of other negative reviews my experience is just as negative. Book didn’t arrive. No apology or concern from greener books. I will never order from them again and would not recommend anyone else doing so. Frankly I wouldn’t give them any stars.

My book arrived on time, no damp or mould etc, BUT it was packaged in a large thick plastic bag! Why would a company called "Greener Books" be using plastic packaging unless their name was a greenwash. Due to consumer pressure, even Amazon UK now uses sturdy brown bags to dispatch books and other items directly from their warehouse - not always the case with their secondary sellers who package in plastic. I really object to this, have written to Greener Books CS to ask if this is going to change or not, if not I won't order books from them again. Hypocritical. Actually I got a reply saying their packaging is "recyclable"... but it isn't, it's just single use plastic and 99% will end up in everyone's kitchen bin and then into landfill. So they've gone down to 1 star in my review too because CS didn't take that on board at all. Will order used books from World of Books instead because they're one of the companies that only uses brown paper packaging which can be recycled for pulping.

Greener Books sent the wrong book. I tried to communicate with them through Abe Books, but they did not respond. This time Abe Books did take action and refunded my money.

Book purchased through Abebooks didn't arrive and no response to repeated messages.

Company did not respond to request via Abebooks, after item did not arrive. Never received item. Royal Mail tracking number produced an error message that suggests the item was never posted. Have not been able to obtain a refund.

Ordered book don't know even now what happened to it they said they sent it out but have doubts about that as tracking number didn't identify it never again

Whilst the book arrived on time, it was described on Amazon as "Used, very good condition". It was posted in a heavy duty plastic bag, NOT even a Jiffy bag. No other packing at all. As a result the hardback book arrived with all 4 outer corners bashed & bent. I do not expect a small hardback book costing £25 to just be put in the post in an unpadded bag. They clearly don't care for books. I will try & avoid.
