Our adjuster Mark was very helpful in guiding us throughout the claims process. He was compassionate about our situation and understood our needs.

Kevin was awesome to work with. Our barn roof ripped off in the high winds we experienced, and he was able to be at our place within 48 hours from out of state due to magnitude of the weather event. He inspected our roof and worked directly with our roofing team for repairs. Any question I had he always responded immediately. His communication was always very timely and appreciated how important he made us feel.

Dave W has been fantastic to work with. In the midst of an unfortunate claim, working with Dave W has been very informative and respectful.

Probably the easiest claim and resolution I've ever had! The protocol and personal encounters were extremely customer friendly and uncomplicated.

I’m a 66 year old woman residing alone in my home. On Sunday March 15 th a huge limb fell on my roof. I was so stressed and upset and unsure of what to do. I made a phone call to Grange and in no time at all Michael Farmer from Grange returned my call. He reassured me that everything was going to be fine and guided me through the process with confidence and ease. He has continued to stay in contact with me making sure I am informed about everything as it is happening. I am so thankful for Michael. With his guidance I made it through this devastating event feeling like someone truly cared and that it was all going to be fine.
