Complimenti per la spedizione anticipata ma sono triste perché i pennarelli sono quasi vuoti di colore pagarli così cari e trovarsi un prodotto meno del 50 %

Ho fatto un’ordine il 17/12, ordine mai arrivato! Ho scritto all’assistenza il 30.12 che mi ha risposto che c’erano stati problemi con l’ordine, non potevano nemmeno vedere il tracking dell’ordine e scusandosi mi hanno rimborsato 15 euro (a fronte di una spesa di circa 60 euro), assicurandomi che il pacco sarebbe comunque arrivato presto! Ho apprezzato la risposta ed il rimborso simbolico credo della spedizione ma io voglio sapere dov’è il mio ordine (che era un regalo di Natale tra l’altro), alla mia nuova mail di richiesta non ho ancora avuto risposta è ad oggi non ho ancora il mio ordine! Non consiglierei al momento acquisti sul sito.
AGGIORNAMENTO 19/1: L’ordine è finalmente arrivato! l’assistenza del sito è stata sicuramente molto presente ed efficiente ma consiglio di non affidarsi più a poste italiane bensì ad un corriere che tracci il pacco di modo da poter dare spiegazioni esaustive agli utenti che come me vogliono avere info sull’ordine!

I'm sorry to hear that the package is yet to arrive. I have checked with Cora, and she has replied to your request earlier today.
Unfortunately, there are currently long delays with parcels being processed in Italy due to IT issues with Italian customs. We have received an update from Poste Italian, which has been sent via e-mail.
Due to the delays, a shipping refund has been issued. Again, I am sorry for this - The package should be with you soon, but it is totally out of our hands at this time.
If you no longer require this, please can you refuse the delivery, and it will be returned to us in the UK.
