I've ordered twice and both deliveries went smoothly. On one order I made a duplication and they called me within 10 mins to check and corrected it on the spot. Paints have been decent quality. Highly recommended.

Ive used these guys to supy my paint for about 2 years now, theyve never failed to get back to me with any questions. So unbelievable helpful and create a really posative experience with how kind and understanding they are with any problems or requests you have. Would recommend to anyone getting into or already working in the street art medium/buisness. 10/10

Order not received - hardly surprising as they now use the dreaded EVRI for dispatching items. Got one reply from customer services saying "It should be on its way soon" but the tracking never updated. Was ignored by customer services after that so had to force a refund via Paypal.
I won't be using them again which is a shame as I'd always received great service previously. Note to companies - EVRI might be the cheapest, but they're the worst and will cost you money in the long run!

We're sorry about your experience with this order. We had a serious issue with an Evri collection that was lost at the depot, though most of the orders were subsequently found and shipped.
This took some time to resolve with the couriers and we did communicate once we understood the issue fully - unfortunately this delayed our ability to refund the order as we could not be certain if your order was in transit.
We offer both economy and priority shipping options and as mentioned in our communication with you, having used a number of different couriers over the years we are confident that Evri are no less reliable than other economy couriers and in most cases actually exceed expectations.
With that said, we are sorry for the inconvenience and frustration with your order in this instance.

Terrible User Experience & Faulty Product!
I purchased MTN Montana Colors Mural Water Based Protection Varnish - Matt (2 boxes), but the whole experience was a disaster.
🚩 Delivery Issue: The website stated that I could collect the item the next day at 1 PM, but I only received the "Your item is ready for pickup" email a day later in the evening.
🚩 Warehouse & Location Problem: Finding the pickup location was nearly impossible! It’s not visible on maps, and there was no sign with the company’s name at the pickup point. I had to ask three different people to find the correct address, wasting 30 minutes of my time. On top of that, the pickup location looked like a prison—it was honestly quite scary.
🚩 Product Quality: I applied the varnish to the wall, but stains started to appear! The result was so bad that I had to repaint the wall back to its original color.
After such a frustrating experience, I want to return these products. I do NOT recommend this company!

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience.
Regarding your 'order complete' email, your order was marked as dispatched and ready for collection at 13:37pm on 12th February. Unfortunately due to our email systems being migrated it appears that your email wasn't sent from our website until after 5pm - we apologise for this as we weren't aware that this was delaying emails.
We did however respond to your Instagram message at the same time as we marked it as dispatched (around 40 minutes after we received the message) stating that your order was ready for collection.
We are sorry to hear that your experience of the warehouse wasn't what you expected. We are sited on an industrial estate and though there is no branding on our warehouse, our unit number is clearly visible and the majority of our customers have no problem finding us. We hope that you found the team pleasant and helpful though.
Regarding the product itself, we have asked you for photographs of the issue so that we could resolve this but none have been sent. We have also directed you to our returns policy and stated that you are welcome to return any unused products but we have received none as yet.
We regularly discuss appropriate product usage with customers and help them find paints and finishes that work best for them, particularly when a specific finish is required or there are questions around how certain paint systems work.
Your Trustpilot review was posted before we had had a chance to respond to you about these issues and attempt to resolve them.
Customers are more than welcome to review our service as they see fit, though we would always ask that we are given an opportunity to resolve issues first.

my item was later and evri said it had been delivered...i contacted Suspect package...who didnt just fob me off and say "contact evri" like others have in the past...they continually chased evri up...and kept in touch with me until the package was found and delivered! good on them..best customer after sales service ive encountered and i "live" online shopping...plus the paint i bought is top notch...nad great price...

Placed order 03/05/2024.
As it was a bank holiday, I was expecting my order to be despatched on Tuesday 07/05/2024.
All items were showing as in stock and to be dispatched via DHL next working day delivery.
My order is still showing as Processing, which I'm not really happy about.
This is my first order with this company and will certainly be my last. I will be contacting my bank to request a refund through my card purchase.
I would highly recommend that anyone thinking of purchasing from this company, to think of using another more trustworthy outlet.
If I could possibly leave a minus star rating then I would.
I will never trust online retailers again.Well it only took this shambles of a company over 5 months to reply to my initial review. So I guess that speaks volumes to anyone thinking of buying from this online shop.

Told post on way 2-3 days 8 days later told not even shipped out and lie to about a next day delivery that never came as well , scammers here if I could only uploads the post code they said that was shipped, then 7 days later told has not been shipped, more LIES & SCAMS . Now will be driving north to go to the shop and sort these liers and scammers out. Shame I can't uploads the lies iv been told about my stuff , first shipped out then never been shipped, then we not shipped because one paint not have , then would be shipped first class next day , this company shop toys , lie and scams , will soon get closed down like this , I will share my screen shots and all over social media
