Rude, Unresponsive, Horrible Customer Service!
I was excited to find replacement pieces on graciousstyle.com for a flatware set I bought years ago. I placed my order at the beginning of August and shortly after received an update that the products would be be delivered on approximately September 24.
When the end of October rolled around I began an odyssey to get in touch with an actual human being at the company. I received automated non-responses to my inquiries via email. Calling the customer service phone number many times I was immediately disconnected. Concurrently, a charge for the order appeared as pending on my credit card.
Only when I wrote to customer service saying that I was going to report the business/charge as fraudulent did I finally get a real response. The response was that the order had been canceled. I wrote back saying I still wanted the product but just wanted a legitimate status update. In response, I received the following message:
"Sorry, your order has already been cancelled. Thank you again for shopping with us."
There are many, many other reviews with similar stories about this company. I think this business is a scam. They have beautiful products on their website that, based on the numerous other terrible reviews, they don't actually deliver. I highly advise against ordering anything from graciousstyle.com
