Great experience, I bought a new pair of walking trousers but hadn't the foggiest which pair would suit best. I asked for assistance and Mandy helped me no end. Would definitely recommend 👌.

Camping gear
Went in for some camping gear, but wasn't too sure what i needed. Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable showing me types of tents and accessories. And the range they had was really great, will definitely be going back.

Great service from Mandi
Visited Go outdoors wigan today and was served by Mandi on footwear. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on what kind of walking boot I needed,noting was too much trouble.. was really nice to see exceptional customer service does still exist.

visited the store looking for a new pair of walking shoes or boots, but with such a huge range on display I was struggling to choose. That’s when Mandy stepped in. She talked me through the different types and brands, asked about my intended use, and picked out several options for me to try.
After trying them all on, I left with the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. I can’t wait to put some miles on them.
A massive thank you to Mandy for her time, knowledge, and for helping me find the perfect footwear.

Great experience in this store
Great experience in this store. My son wanted a Mountain Equipment coat. However, we were not sure about which one to get. The staff were extremely helpful and talked us through the coats and brand.
We were very grateful and will definitely go back to this Go outdoors due to the great customer service we received.
