Easy to order and collect. Staff were great.

Andy was the most patient and helpful person which is very much appreciated. We were trying to find suitable hiking boots for my daughter’s Gold D of E expedition and he took time to advise us properly, go back and forward to the stock room (about 6 times!) and still kept a smile on his face. He also juggled other customer too at the same time. Great customer service!!

Anthony helped us choose a tent today and was such a huge help and very knowledgeable. I'm fairly certain we asked a few stupid questions but he remained professional and guided us to the model which met our needs. Thank you!

Had exactly what I wanted at a great price. Shop representative was very pleasant and helpful.

I went for a pair of hiking shoes and was served by Andy. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I came away with the perfect pair. Thankyou Andy!

Have always had great service in Go Outdoors but was really impressed with Anthony in Team Valley yesterday. He gave us so much time, answered all of our questions and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge - he clearly knows his stuff because this is his hobby too! Thanks!

Great customer service in store. The staff person at the desk in the Team Valley store was brilliant. She handled my questions and sale with great efficiency and care. Good attitude. Clear communication. I was able to return my goods and purchase the replacements without any hassle at all.

Whilst instore today i approached a guy called Darren and asked if he could help me (( i must of looked a tad confused lol)) i had a phone full of screen shots of the items that my grandson needed for fishing . This guy ^Darren went above and beyond to help me and show me exzacly what it was i needed ,, only one thing was out of stock so he directed me to the next best thing
I will know my go to next time i get stuck

We approached a member of staff with some questions regarding touring equipment. TERRY was more than happy to help. He had good knowledge and answered all our questions and really helped us. Such a happy and friendly guy, credit to the store.

Hi there I visited the team valley store today and the woman I asked for help about a cool box was called shelley what a fantastic help she was team valley store did not have what I wanted so shelley went out away to check stock on other stores and yes there was at Alnwick store so went to Alnwick and got the cool box I wanted a massive thank you to shelly from team valley store thank u again.

Fabulous service over two days from Anthony in the camping department. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as we deliberated between different options. He was really helpful in narrowing down our options with his excellent understanding of your products. In the end we have purchased two tents (one large family and one smaller for quick trips away with just the two of us). We feel very well looked after and confident in our purchases. You are very lucky as a company to have such a knowledgeable and helpful colleague.
