Absolutely lovely man helped us so much, even shared his knowledge and taught us things we didnt know. He went as far as drawing out a picture to instruct us exactly what to do! Went above and beyond for his customers. Thanks so much Darren! Great customer service.

Andy and Max were great help
Andy and Max were great help! I bought a new waterproof jacket and Andy checked price matching to make sure I was getting the best deal. Max helped me decide on a Jet Boil for my camping trip and helped demo the equipment to see what would work best for me too.

Visited Go out doors team valley today, with the need for new fishing equipment.
I was asked if I needed help by Terry, and that man went above and beyond to help explain and show me how things would work on a new rod.
His customer service was outstanding and he had great patience for my questions.

Fantastic service in the Team Valley store yesterday from Darren. I purchased my new OEX roof tent and roof bars. Very helpful and friendly service. I had all questions answered and happy to now look forward to my upgraded camping trips.

A Star delivery of customer service
Went in to buy some new hiking boots and Andrew was a credit to the store. Nothing was too much for him. Me and my partner spent over 1 hour trying boots before we settled on the ones we wanted and he was attentive, helpful and positive throughout the whole process. No pushy sales pitch trying to get us to buy the most expensive pair, just let us try and test drive the boots until we found the ones that were perfect.
Would recommend as always for any outdoor pursuits purposes.

Andy is a top bloke!
Whilst Andy didn't actually serve me, I was in the shop for a long while looking at lots of kit and I noticed that Andy was very busy, very polite and he didn't stop helping people, even if his hands were full.
Nothing was too much trouble.

I went in to buy some fishing gear nothing fancy , on the shelf a price and at the till 5 times more expensive because i am not a member . End up spending 29 quid for something that should have only cost me 15. Absolute mockery and also absolute robery . Go dechatlon .
