Jonathan assisted my wife and myself in buying some walking shoes. He was knowledgeable and professionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. A credit to GoOutdoors! Harry A served us at checkout and again excellent service. I would recommend this store.

Fair exchange
In April I purchased some Meindle walking shoes but after only a few weeks I noticed some loose stitching on the toe cap of the right shoe. I went back to Go Outdoors to see if they could help. I spoke to couple of staff members Jonathan firstly on shoes and boots and Alex who, on closer inspection, noticed the slow had come away from the main body of the shoe. something I had not seen. It was immediately decided I should have a replacement pair of the same shoe. These guys were very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. A credit to the company.

New boots
I went to the Taunton branch of Go Outdoors and was servedby Jonathan. I wanted some new walking boots and Johnathan was very helpful and friendly. I bought a pair which fit me perfectly 👌

Inaccurate details about stock levels
The stock of the item I wanted was shown on the web site as low not out of stock. I first tried to buy it as part of a larger order and it was not supplied. I checked the web site it was still shown as available but low stock so I ordered it again and again the order was cancelled. Currently the item is still shown as in stock in low numbers. Very poor service in my opinion.”

Needed some more hiking boots and James was really helpful and accommodating, bringing out different styles and sizes and answering my questions. He was patient and gave some good tips.

Went to get kitted out for a hiking holiday and was fantastically looked after by Jonathan who helped me choose the right shoes. He suggested a shortlist & Let me try on a good selection. He patiently waited for me to try and retry each pair until I was ready.
