Still waiting for delivery to store since 11th August. Estimated collection was the 18th August. No email received confirming delay or any form of update.

Dan the till man was the nicest guy I’ve ever met, he helped with my tent and blow up bed. Behind all of that he saved my cat from a fire. GIVE THIS MAN A PAY RISE

Dan the till man was throughly helpful, he’s helped me find the right tent and helped me massively. Excellent service from Dan, he deserves a raise ASAP

James was absolutely brilliant at helping us find the right walking boots for what we needed, he was thorough in finding us the best style and type which would benefit us specifically for the jobs we were doing and new when and how we needed to care for them to keep them in good quality, he spent as long as we needed with us, for us to leave with the boots, insoles and laces! We’d definitely come again, his customer service was exceptional!

Staff in Taunton Somerset are great. The men on the shop floor went to the trouble of going upstairs for me so I didn’t have to (I have disabilities). Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. A few days before I’d purchased a tent and the same man who went upstairs this time carried the tent out to the car for me.

On a very hot day I was somewhat reluctant to shop for anything but buoyed by several previous positive visits I succumbed & was rewarded by the cool environment. I was assisted by 3 members of staff each of whom were pleased to help, share their knowledge & give advice. The competitive prices enticed me to bring forward planned future purchases & gave me a challenge to successfully fit the items into my motorcycle top box.

Jonathan was very helpful and respectful, which was hard in other stores as a lone female browsing..

Answered all my questions and also helped me find other items I would’ve bypassed otherwise..

Bought top range backpack after trying many and waterproof bag ..first time in this store, new to area..

Will come again..

Regular user of the collection service, usually very good however did not receive the email advising order was ready for collection, called the Taunton store to confirm delivery.

Hopefully this is only a small disappointment.

The team at Taunton are a credit to the company, one female stands out to me, she is always friendly and helpful, I presume this is based on good training and a willingness to to provide excellent customer care.

I am a match angler, hopefully the restocking at Taunton will happen soon.

Very happy with my experience as a first time camping set up. Made it so easy for and will definatly be back because of such a nice experience. Harry v is an absaloute credit to the store

Needed to buy 3 pairs of walking boots for myself and my children, Lily was very friendly and helpful, she was more than happy to check/get different sizes for us to try and we came away woth exactly what we needed.

We needed advice on sleeping bags, the lady who helped us couldn’t have been more knowledgable or helpful, hence the purchase of two new sleeping bags🥳🥳🥳🥳

We are visiting from Spain and called into the Taunton store, in order to stock up on our walking shoes.
We had planned this stop as we have lived in the South West and relied on your store for the advice of your staff, range of footwear on offer and the good prices with the membership card.
We were not disapointed. Your colleague Jonathan gave us excellent service and advice. We plan to return again next year on our annual visit to the UK.

Jonathan was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful when I was choosing a pair of walking boots. It was also good to engage with him about Longshaw Estate outside Sheffield. Thank you so much.
