GO Outdoors - Swindon Recensioni 

Went to Go Outdoors Swindon for a last minute panic buy of things for a tropical expedition. We found most things we needed and got some great help from Jay who advised us on a new 30l day pack and also from other team members whose names we didn’t get, but who helped with trekking trousers and breathable tops. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If I could knock off half a star I would as the women’s selection isn’t as big as the men’s but they still had a good choice. Will definitely make the trip there again.

Always great stock and a good sale on at the moment. Excellent and friendly service from Olivia.

Swindon Go Outdoors - amazing staff! Completely new to camping I was lucky enough to have Tom look after us! Tom took the time to explain what we needed, what he'd recommend, showed us options depending on budget, what we wouldnt need, cheaper deals, Etc. Highly recommend the Swindon store for stocked options and staff.

Customer service provided by Morgan in Cycle repairs was second to none.
Morgan dealt with our bike problem today very efficently, and ensured we left the store with a fully repaired and serviced bike.
Morgan also offered sound advice and reasurance re chain specifications, and also demonstated the key componants of the bike. Very happy customers.

The satff were really helpful and the products were much better quality than in Decathlon where I usually shop (here in Poland).

My mum & I came to get a new tent. Everything was so easy to find, very clean & loved having some out on display it really helped us to make sure we chose the correct one for our needs. The membership prices are so worthwhile doing, saved so much money and ended up buying extras because of the value. We were helped by Poppy both in the tent area & at the tills. She was so lovely and made the experience seamless. You helped some rather stressed ladies make their camping trip much easier.

Today Alice had good answers on my questions and helped me with an order that was cancelled. I was really satisfied when Alice compensated me for being charged twice for the membership.

Visited today to look at long riding boots. Sadly my legs to do comply but Julie was very patient and helpful trying different options and I eventually bought some jodhpur boots.

I had a fantastic experience at GO Outdoors Swindon thanks to Alice. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole process.

Alice carried out a gait analysis for us and took the time to explain the results clearly. She listened to what we needed, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the right shoes without making us feel rushed. Her advice was professional and genuinely focused on making sure we got the best fit and support.

I was looking for waterproof tape to seal a failed seam on a waterproof jacket. I spent some time wandering round checking shelves but could not find any. I went back to the gentleman, Darren, who had welcomed me to the store and explained what I was looking for. With no fuss he gave me directions to where I would fine the tape. Moments later I had it in my hands. The knowledge he had of what and where in store such a small product was is impressive. He is a great asset to your business.

Amelia dealt with my problem which was done quickly and the results was very satisfactory.

Staff member on shoe department and Alice helped with another couple of questions that we had asked another staff member about but they were very vague and unhelpful

Great experience at Go Outdoors today. I went in to buy a rash vest and Francisco was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service—thank you!
