Great all round
Well looked after store, easy to find everything, toilets always clean and customer service great. Tom was our cashier and he was very friendly and had a great, smiley attitude to all customers 😁

My first time buying from this store ( and company entirely! ) and i found the experience really pleasant thanks to Tom :) I didnt expect any service to be honest but he was attentive, quick without making me feel rushed , and even looked at my tote bag when I asked if he thought my stuff would fit in, which usually never happens 🤣 5/5!

Buying walking shoes.
I recently went to Go Outdoors, Hanley with my adult son on a Saturday morning, to buy him a pair of walking trainers/shoes. Anthony was very knowledgeable and really helped my son make an informed choice on the shoes he was buying. With such a big range of choices Anthony was instrumental in my son getting the perfect pair of shoes.

Bargain with helpful and knowledgeable advice
Went to get some camping equipment (which we brought what we needed) and ended up buying a polygon bike. Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions. We did not feel pressured by him to buy the bike and he was very easy to talk to.

One of the best experiences
One of the best experiences I’ve had in a retail environment especially Joel who helped massively with his knowledge and experience in camping equipment helped and advised us and eventually bought a full Berghuas camping setup then at the tills were greeted and treated like there favourite customer by Clare and Chelsea thanks very much 😊

Had a great experience today
Had a great experience today. Ive struggled getting my DofE card to work the manager (blonde lady, sorry forgot her name) and a man on the till Josh, helped me out by providing the discount without my card. After showing the proof of attempting to get one, they helped me with the right number to call and sort it but sorted what i needed on the day. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at the Go outdoors Stoke branch, in search for a bike. Kyle made sure that no question was too much trouble and had my bike sorted within the day! This is rare as other bike shops would have me waiting a few days until collection.

Went into Soke branch for a icebox
Went into Soke branch for a icebox, went upstairs to look at tents Nathan approached us and asked if we needed any help,he was absolutely brilliant gave us very good advise with us never been camping before we bought a Berghaus adhara air 500 ,plus a beghaus tent carpet, tent footprint, didn't have the canopy but will be returning for this, Nathan was very professional, informative, made our visit worthwhile, oh and bought a coolbox
