Today I bought a wearable blanket for my wife, Mrs Penny was very kind and helpfull for me. I came from Turkey and despite my english language not very well I could understand her english very easyl because she understood my language situation and spoke slowly for my comfortable. Thanks

We were helped and served by the staff member Penny who was really helpful and fun! She was lovely, however the two women by the till were incredibly rude to her. They were short and snappy and spoke to her like shit. I was mortified by their tone with her and I hope they treat their staff better.

Steve was amazing at finding my daughter boots for her Duke of Edinburgh award. He really took the time to find the right ones, was very knowledgable and was lovely to talk to.

I came in looking for some walking boots and found staff very helpful and knowledgable. Steve was great at advising me on the best shoes for my needs, thank you!

Really impressed with the service received. I took back a jacket as it was too small, but realised they had the larger size, but the price had increased. Even though I had officially ‘returned’ the jacket, they still honoured the price.

Called to seek a new Berghaus coat, assisted by Anna who was most helpful in choosing one with features I preferred at a reasonable price. Also renewed my discount card to apply an immediate saving. I added a couple of T shirts too. Thankyou.

Used this store several times recently and never had an issue at all. Ordered some walking boots for my wife via click and collect option and called to collect them. Heidi was working the footwear section and could not have been more helpful. Had plenty of boots over the years but Heidi made sure that they were the proper fit even getting another size to try on and doing a proper fitting. Excellent, friendly service then Eleanor was serving on the till and, despite being busy with customers was polite and friendly with every single one. Top service.

Went to buy some new walking shoes. The lady who served me, Heidi, was very helpful. She gave me good advice regarding grip quality and fit. She even recommended a less expensive shoe than the one I settled for so wasn't biased in her advice by company profitability. Good service.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jo in particular helped us choose the right coats for us without any pressure. The lady in the walking boots section was very helpful too and again with no pressure. All in all a very pleasant experience albeit with lighter pockets now!
