Went in to buy a new pair of walking boots (always a major task) Thanks to Andy for trekking back and forth with numerous pairs before I found the right ones.

The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Heidi found me some sandals which fitted, a miracle, she knows her stuff! Penny was helpful and always lovely too.

Called in twice today. First to get a gas bottle refill and second to look at camping seating. Both times we were met with excellent customer service. On the 2nd visit, Steve went above and beyond with assisting us and finding what we were after.

Went looking for new walking boots today. Haidy was AMAZING!!! She took her time explaining several different pairs of boots and their various features plus we tried different sizes in each actual boot! Nothing was rushed and she genuinely cared about me getting the right boot. It made all difference and i would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Haidy 😊

Visited the store at Fox Valley retail park to purchase new walking shoes. We were assisted by Steve who was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional.

Ordered online and collected in store. Great quality product. Very pleased with it.

It’s the second time I have come back here for my hiking boots due to the knowledge of a good fit, plus there are lots of mirrors and a mini sloping bridge to test out the shoes, which I think is a great idea considering there are lots of hills in Sheffield and the Peaks so knowing my toes are protected and trying this out first is ideal. Lots of choice of good brands. Josh served me this time and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back… thanks!

Called in at the store looking for some replacement walking boots. Steve was fantastic on assisting with nothing being too much trouble as I wanted to try several different boots and also had to select different sizes. He was extremely helpful and friendly giving advice when needed

Came in to go outdoors in preparation for our trip to wales. I needed some walking boots and was having a bit of trouble having such small and narrow feet and ankles. Steve was a huge help bringing me boots that he knew had smaller openings to hold tighter to my foot. We managed to find a lovely pair of brown Peter Storm boots at a really great price too. Saved over £100 becoming a member and all prepared for our walking trips!

My girlfriend and I needed some hard wearing comfy shoes for a European trip which will involve a lot of city and light trail walking. Steve was really helpful in helping me choose between a couple of different Merrells I’d been looking at and gave great advice on sizing and fit. I’ve ended up with a pair of Merrell Speed Strike 2s and they’re exceptionally comfortable. My last pair of Merrells lasted almost 10 years so I’ve high hopes for these. My girlfriend didn’t want to put her hand quite as deep in her pocket so opted for a pair from Peter Storm, which despite being a more budget option also look great and are very comfy.
Eleanor on the till was really helpful getting our membership set up and explaining all our options for keeping our new purchases in the best condition.
