Staff were welcoming without being "in your face" . The benefits of having a membership ship card were clear. Liv was very helpful and sorted a card for me, saving money on my purchase.
The shop was well stocked and tidy. Easy to find what I was looking for.

Came into store to look for some walking boots. Liv was extremely helpful, and managed to find the correct boots for me! Will be coming here again!

On Returning to the Stafford branch for…
On Returning to the Stafford branch for the second time a week apart, Karen immediately remembered us, reminding us “you always go back to the first shop you went too.” She was very helpful and patient, as my partner takes his time in choosing anything!
