Came in looking for a tent got some really great advice of Stuart very knowledgeable ended up buying one also dom asked me if I would like help he took it to the till for me and also put it in my car very polite and helpful

Excellent customer service as always at Shrewsbury Go Outdoors - I wanted a new pair of walking boots as my Solomon boots hadn't lasted well at all. John was amazing at helping me find the right pair that works for me.

Huge thanks to Simon in the fishing department. He was very helpful and a credit to the company. Really knowledgeable and spent a good hour with me and helped me read through the rules of the fishery that I was going to that he had been to before. Helped me set up rigs etc. really appreciated his help and advice.

We were helped by Dominic as we wanted to look at some hiking boots. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and fantastic help :)

There was a super helpful employee named Dom. he was SUPREMELY enthusiastic about his job and showed exemplary knowledge about the items I was looking for.

My son wanted to learn to fish and didn't know where to start , we asked Simon in the fishing dept for some advice , he was so thorough and took his time to make sure Jolly understood everything he needed to know , why can't every sales person be like Simon , brilliant service

Last Saturday I purchased an Osprey bag. Ewan and Jude helped me pick the bag and check out. Very pleasant experience.

Simon was very helpful and helped us pick a perfect tent bundle for our family.

Bought a Calibre Bossnut, the bike is really good quality and the customer service was amazing, Phil especially went above and beyond when fixing the cable for the dropper post!

Dan was so helpful and patient in finding boots for my Husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we are now the proud our owners of two pairs of Solomon boots.

Great store, staff helpful and polite. Particularly wanted to mention the older gentleman in the bike department who went out of his way to get some brake cables for us. He was very helpful and friendly.
