Brilliant experience at store. It is deceptively large due to their extensive basement stock. Managed to get everything we needed and more, especially thanks to Luciana who couldn’t not have been any more helpful. 5* for Luciana alone, amazing service.

Good range and not out of town.
I only required new sunglasses so a quick visit but you had a good range to choose from so found a suitable pair. The store was similar as before as a Blacks store in layout which is not a problem and good it’s still in the town centre.
Friendly staff as usual although I needed no assistance so all OK.

Easy enough to order but when l went to pick my parcel up they couldn't find it, waited about 15 minutes then they found it , then the day after l collected my parcel l got a reminder to pick my parcel up and the day after . So the staff really didn't know what they had too do .

As a Canadian who travels , when i come in Reading , I always go there . Good products of course , but its the employées that makes this place so great .
