I placed a click and collect order 11 days ago and it still hasn't arrived in store yet. I have made two visits to the store and have had to buy the items again as I can't wait any longer. I was told two days ago that this would be investigated and that I would receive an e-mail that the purchase would be refunded but haven't received anything as yet.

The whole team are really helpful
The whole team are really helpful. Thank you to Alison who was serving me during a return to swap for a smaller size in an item I had bought the day before.
Alison is lovely to deal with and nothing seemed too much trouble.
The store is clean and well laid out with new stocked brands to update their offering.

I visited Go Outdoors Preston a few days ago and received excellent customer service from Alison. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I had purchased several tables, and Alison kindly helped me carry them all the way to my car, which I really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It's rare to receive such genuine and helpful service these days. Thank you, Alison, for going above and beyond. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Preston Deepdale
We visited your Preston Deepdale store looking to buy a family tent. We were new to this so welcomed any information that would help us choose the right one for us.
Olly was brilliant!! He had fantastic knowledge of the tents and all things camping. He made our decision so easy choosing the tent we wanted. He also showed us other items for the tent we which we also purchased.
A very valuable member of the team!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
Upon reviewing of your order I can see that 3 out of the 4 ordered items were unfortunately cancelled due to a stock error that occurred. Whilst we aim to ensure all of our stock files are accurately shown on our website occasionally discrepancies can occur and I am sorry that your order has been affected by this.
The remaining item I can see was collected from the selected collection point.
I do hope that GO Outdoors can improve the experience had in the future.

We went into the store on Tuesday and were struggling to find climbing shoes in the right size. Neil helped us out immediately and was very knowledgeable in climbing and even recommended local outdoor places to climb. Above and beyond service

5* customer service!
I had ordered a sleeping bag online to collect locally- my order was diverted to a different store. I rang Preston and spoke to Calvin who went out of his way to help me.
There was a lovely lady on the tills too, very pleasant, cheery and assisted me quickly.
Absolutely fantasic customer service, thank you again!
