Two young men, Ben and Quinn went above and beyond the call of duty and were really helpful. They did not give up until I was sorted and happy. If only all shop assistants were as helpful we would be in a better world. I would certainly recommend this store both for the products but mainly the staff.

Quinn & Ben were brilliant in explaining the options for travel mattresses and then tracking down the right one from the stock room when not on the shelves. Top job boys.

Had a nightmare with the click and collect side of this place and I’d avoid like the plague, Pay’d for an item 3 times in different stores showing stock only to be told they had no stock, and I’d get a refund, that's all well and good if you can wait days for the £450

Customer services are an absolute joke and waste of time, nearly 45 minutes on the phone and they were pointless and full of rubbish, no help what so ever.

So I had to drive a hour to my local store with no guarantees I can my money back, luckily Jake and Dave in the Poole store were fantastic and saved the review.

Thank you Jake and Dave for making a nightmare go away, you’re a credit to the firm.

Go-outdoors really need to sort its click and collect game out, used this in hundreds of places and never had an issue but yours is truly awful

I had phoned the store with an issue with a Berghaus 700XL Air Tent I bought back in April. This was my first time using it & unexpectedly one of the Air Tubes burst. I was able to bring the popped tube to the store & was helped by Dave who was able to get me a replacement out of one the tents. This absolutely saved my camping trip & was super grateful for the help I received.

Needed some walking boots, couldn’t have been a better selection to choose from. The staff member Haleema was very helpful in steering by us to the right pair. Great experience.

I have been using Poole branch for several years now, as I live locally and the store is well presented and well stocked.
Today I bought some walking shoes. The lady who served me (Haleema), has served me in the past. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help where she can and has a cheerful personality, so an asset to Go Outdoors.

I visited on 24th June, the hottest day of June and meltingly hot! Haleema helped me choose a pair of walking sandals, she was extremely helpful.

A huge thank you to Quinn at GO Outdoors Poole, for his excellent customer service. We were purchasing a Cadac, and without his knowledge and advice we would almost certainly have gone home without the correct accessories – a perfect example of the old saying, “batteries not included!”

Quinn was calm, cheerful, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to make sure we had everything we needed before we left. Thanks to his support, we can now enjoy our new purchase without any unexpected surprises. He’s a real credit to GO Outdoors. Thank you, Quinn!

I was very extremely happy with the services I was given today. A very polite and knowledgeable member of the Go Outdoors team. Who took time to explain and ensure we knew what we was buying and that it fitted what I was looking for.

Poole is our nearest branch..it is well stocked and never disappoints . we were pleasantly suprised at the reception we received from Haleema, friendly and so very helpful with us choosing a good running shoe and trainer.. her knowledge was helpful and constructive to our purchases. She was a pleasure.
Shame about parking fees - with no where else to park .

We were served by a gentleman called Dave this evening, I have to say what a credit to the company he is.
His customer service Is 5*
We brought back our sons sleeping bag as it was to small and exchanged it for the next size up
Great communication skills 5*
Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family to go there as we had an all round great experience this evening.

At 3:50 on a Sunday I made a call to the Poole store to ask a question about an online order. I spoke to Harry who explained a large price item could not be ordered online due to the size and weight. He explained I could hold one for 48 hours and even checked stock whilst I waited on the phone. I am in store now collecting my new and enormous tent and cannot thank Harry enough for his help and knowledge. Our family camping adventures begin!!

Haleema was very personable and informativeand helped us to find exactly what we needed.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Maleema! She was very positive, offered her help and eager to support all customers she come across. She helped me pick the perfect hiking boot, proving advice about best boot support and socks based on the type of hiking/walking we do. She helped us find microfibre towels as well.

Pleasently surprised at the till that the price was a lot cheaper than expected as there was an extra GO deal on. Overall a very positive experience!
