We visited last Sunday, looking for a new pair of walking boots! We were served by Michelle, she made sure to let us know that she was there for anything we needed, allowed us time to try on the boots and gave some great advice, whilst serving other customers too!

I have sent feedback. The experienca was excellent. I told staff involved in my recent (rather involved) transaction that the Go Outdoors stores are wonderful and the staff and service even moreso.

The sales lady, Michelle, was most helpful. I had an idea what I wanted, she got the boots I was interested in. She provide a shoe horn, & offered me similar products I
had not thought of. As I was trying the boots Michelle gave us room, most important, which we bought. Michelle is a excellent representative for the Penrith shop.

We were served by Michelle, she was very helpful making sure we got the correct walking boots and was very lovely and smiley

Easy to order online, with quick free delivery. And super-easy to return unwanted items to local store.

Went in today looking for some walking poles, but not really knowing what to look for, however fortunately Michelle was right there to help. She was brilliant, so knowledgeable and helpful, made various suggestions of different poles, didn't just push the expensive ones (like so many other shops do) and I ended up with poles that i am really happy with. Great service, thoroughly recommended.

I was wearing Sherpa Terra boots that I have had for 6+ years and worn out Ryan very kindly served us aware of my well worn boots and I bought a new pair ,perfect.Although other styles etc discussed ,Ryan was aware of my needs and no pressure to replace what I have found a comfortable and appropriate boot for me.
