I visited the Go Outdoors Nottingham Daybrook store today and received excellent customer service from their store assistant Francis who served me at the till. He was really friendly and very helpful.

Ordered dynamite milky cloud groundbait each time I’ve seen advertised (3) when it’s been in sale for 97p
Ordered various other baits in sale then not even got them
Messed around numerous times will not be ordering anything from go outdoors again

Ignore Returns policy - not fit for purpose
Ordered three items on line, all came individually. One direct from GoOutdoors the others direct one from Wieredfish the other Montane; neither had a delivery note in. Unable to return these two items online and cannot return to the shop. Numerous emails with GoOutdoors and still no sign of being able to return the goods. I would certain Never use this company again.

We were served by a lady called Maria…
We were served by a lady called Maria when looking for the perfect walking boots for dog walking.
She went out of her way to make sure we was okay and when we needed help/advice she was more than happy to help and give her expertise.
Nothing was to much for her and we are very thankful!

Hello Outdoors
Hello Outdoors. It was my first time to your store and I found it to be a very positive experience. I was looking for Fox clothing, a one off b'day gift and there wasn't a great deal of choice of coats but I found 2 items so was happy.
I asked 2 different store staff for different things. Both were very helpful and lovely.
When I got to the till I was able to save money with my membership and also to use Blue Light for retired veterans soi was very impressed and shall be visiting again.

Superb service! Emergency purchase online of portable fridge after seeing the Nottingham branch had the item in stock. Rang the store and spoke to delightful Danielle and explained emergency. She located the item and left by the till for our collection. Brilliant customer service. Saved the day - thank you

Outstanding service with a smile
Maria spent at least 45 minutes finding the right pair of walking shoes to accommodate my broad foot, ensuring a comfortable fit. She made lots of suggestions about fitting the shoe and making adjustments to the lacing. And she brought out many different options for me to try. So smiley and helpful!

Shop open but can’t buy anything??
Went to go to have a look at purchasing a new jacket and other bits of gear for an upcoming hike to see areas of the shop taped off to customers?? Asked why I could not have a look and got a response of sorry we are stocktaking?? Come back tomorrow?? What!! Never known this in my years of shopping with GoOutdoors. Will take my business elsewhere.
