Good customer service,
Assistant helped with heavy item,
Purchase in store was more expensive than advertised on the website but chaser lowered the total after being informed.
Should have to ask tho

I was really well looked after by Evie and Kyme. Both were patient, polite and professional. In fact they were super helpful. Thank you. The nottingham store is big, tidy, well stocked and you can tell its really well organised front and back.

We went to get some walking boots for my 13 year old and Maria really helped us out. She offered really good advice during the fitting, then with the socks. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

I was mis-sold a membership, said I wanted to buy a £1000 bicycle today and was advised to buy membership to gain the discount. Then was told after that I'd have to wait a month to get it my bike. I went to The Electric Bike Shop instead and recieved my bike in less than seven days. I'll tell everyone these words from now on..."Don't shop at Go Outdoors". Terrible service.

Lee helped us choose a helmet for our nephews and he was brilliant. The one we had picked at first without his assistance would not have fitted correctly or been safe enough.
He also had patience while we had to ride round the shop with my nephew as it was near nap time!

Shopping for new pair of walking boots. Was served by Maria. Nothing was too much trouble. I must have tried about ten pair of boots/ shoes. Maria was very knowledgable and attentive. Chatty and smiley. I left with a new pair confident I had made the right choice. All thanks to Maria

Bought walking shoes today, very good selection available. I was served by Maria, who was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordered a sleeping bag on 24/09/2026 which was described as click and collect next day. It is now 5/10/26 and I have had no email up date on progress of order, no indication of why the delay or timeframe of when I might receive my order. When I track it on my account it just says it’s on its way. The intended trip it was for has passed. I popped into the store and the staff could not give me any more info. However, they were extremely polite and helpful and really took their time to try and look into the order for me. In fact the staff are always great in store. Hence why I gave 3 stars not 1!

We were a family of three shopping today for walking boots lovely young lady helped us to select and get the correct fitting boots . Then we were served at the till by a friendly and polite young man called Franas checked all the boots made sure all security tags had been removed was able to answer our questions thank you for great customer service today to both staff 👍

Maria the assistant who helped me was extremely patient and went to great lengths to ensure I got the right walking shoes. There seems to be plenty of choice and the prices seem to be competitive.

Would have given 5 stars if I could of got what I wanted but was not in the shop stock.

Easy to order click and collect. I bought a car safety belt for a dog and it's brilliant!

The staff were very knowledgeable, pleasant & helpful. We were trying on new boots for both of us and Maria was extremely patient and helpful which was great given that one of us has very wide feet. The staff at the till were also brilliant. Always had great service at this store

The lady helping to fetch boots to try on was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the lady at the cash till was also very patient when my pin number was required and I forgot it. I managed to buy some boots that hopefully will meet my needs, so it was a successful visit.

Great customer service Chanel was fantastic.
