Fantastic advice from a lady there about clothing and shoes. Unmatched product knowledge and 15 years at Go Outdoors. We bought £300 of clothing with her help - and what we bought was what we needed, not about margins. She spent time with us - and we left poorer and happier! Thank you. Laura on the till was helpful too.

I was helped by Sean L, I wasn’t sure if an expensive coat was justified for one day on Ben Nevis, Sean explained my options with the types of clothes available and I ended up finding a sensible solution. Will be back again

VERY WELL PRESENTED STORE. A MEMBER OF THE STORE TEAM (LEWIS) WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE PAID FOR OUR ITEMS. SORTED US WITH A NEW MEMBERSHIP CARD (AS WE HAD LOST OURS) AND ALSO UPDATED MY EMAIL ADDRESS SO I CAN ACCESS THE WEBSITE. EXCELLENT ALL ROUND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH LEWIS BEING PARTICULARLY HELPFUL.

Always have great prices and with there members card you can save a lot more.everything instore comes from well known brands,so you know you're getting good quality with great service.

Samuel was friendly, helpful and polite in the store today. He queried whether we had blue light card (which we had forgotten to do!). Helped us to use a gift card as part purchase for another gift card, which was a first for us all!! Another member of staff whose name I didn’t see gave our dog a lovely welcome. The dog loved his biscuit snack on the way in and out.

Lovely staff who were very helpful with finding the right walking boots for my husband. Special thanks to Samuel, who was very friendly at the checkout and told us that our caravan and camping club membership meant we were eligible for a discount!

Laura served us today at the till. She was so helpful- asked if I had the membership card, which needed renewing and also if I had a blue light card. Paused my sale while I signed up to blue light (as I am eligible) and ensured I got all the discounts entitled.

Laura was very helpful, when the other cashier walked away without saying anything and didn’t come back. She quickly apologised and helped diligently, making sure we continued to have a good shopping experience.

I popped into the Norwich branch for a rain jacket. Good selection and happy with what I purchased. The highlight for me was Laura. She was the only person working on tills, with a small queue. She dealt with each person, including myself in a friendly, polite and professional way. Even though she was busy she still made time to make every customer feel appreciated. She made a rainy day so much better.

Great range of products and very helpful staff, particularly Rosie and Lewis who helped with boots and clothing.

We love Go Outdoors because it's Dog Friendly for our pooch Pickle! But also because it has such a great range. We found lots of great sale items from big brands like Columbia and we're able to use both our members price AND blue light discount. Our cashier Laura reminded us about the blue light, so all up we saved well over 100 quid! All the staff are friendly and never too busy to help.

The item I wanted to look at was under tagged security, I had to find a member of staff to untag it. Debz came straight over to untag it - they really helpful and cheerful too!
They offered additional help with how to use the Nikwax waterproofing cleaner and re-proofing products which was useful.
Then very quickly served at the checkouts by Laura, who again was a very kind and cheerful employee, who advised us on the additional savings we could have made.

Took a bit of searching to find the items we were after and had to wait a while to pay as only one person on the tills. We were served by a very helpful and informative Sophie who showed great patience as my husband didn't give his email correctly at first.
