I will definitely be going back. I was served by Milly who was polite, knowledgeable, and a credit to the shop.

Went into the store and was greeted very quickly and asked if I needed help with anything, I was directed to the section I was looking for. Then Jess helped me pick the correct shoes for me using a machine which measures your feet. I was really pleased with the help I was given and the knowledge that she had on the products!

Really like the great range and choice here. Well worth having the discount card, which we used for 4 purchases today. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Tamira was our main contact today, would like to mention her in this review. They’re very knowledgeable about the products in the store.

The experience was excellent, from a few questions answered by Amy on the phone about a cadac product, to me actually going in to shop and being helped by another girl Christine on the shop floor with a few more questions, to actually buying the cadac carri chef 50 and the being served by Amy herself at the till. Both girls were helpful and smiley, Tip Top service girls!

Milly was very helpful and friendly whilst helping me choose out a tent!

We needed some kit for our daughter's first Explorer camp. Daniel was friendly and professional from the second we stepped into the store.

We wanted to pay for our items via Klarna but their app wasn’t playing ball, but Go Outdoors superstar Daniel, with the patience of a saint, combined with friendly professionalism, endeavoured to sort the issue. Ultimately, we ended up paying cash for the goods, no thanks to Klarna!

Friendly and knowledgeable

The staff are so unbelievably helpful. I came in due to me needing a new pair of boots for an upcoming event and I am clueless when it comes to things like that and Libby approached me with the biggest smile asking if I needed her assistance. She immediately put me at ease and guided me towards what I needed. She was full of compliments and it was the nicest interaction I’ve had in any shop before!

I was served by Nathan who was very helpful and also Barry helped me so much with finding the correct cables needed for my trip! I've only just discovered go outdoors and have already been back a number of times, great store in Northampton

Jess at GO OUTDOORS was excellent yesterday. She fitted my 14 year old daughter for new boots for DOE Bronze expedition and was very helpfull and knowledgeable. Excellent selection of both Womens and Mens Walking Boots and Fleeces etc in the Shop at a range of prices plus even other sports. I think shop and staff were excellent.

I needed a specific rucsac for a Mountain Leader assessment at short notice - Go Outdoors were able to provide the make and model and colour that I was after, and very quickly.

Went in for a pair of Running Trainers they scanned my feet and Hannah was very Knowledgeable about running and advised what I needed did my first Run and the Trainers were excellent

Rhiannon was very helpful assisting me chose the right pair of running trainers.
