Good selection of coats despite being a smaller store
Staff very helpful in assisting us to choose the right waterproof coat. Ethan was very knowledgable offering us a couple of alternatives before we bought one

Great customer service from Ethan and Chloe. Store is always set out well to navigate around the huge selection on offer. It was towards the end of store closing time and both staff still had the time to be engaging with me. Well done team 😀

Anders, who served me was pleasant and knowledgeable. He went upstairs to get the walking sandals I required. (It saved me climbing the stairs!) Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased my order on line. I found the website hard to use as it kept charging full price for the garment and not recognising my membership number I have been a member for a couple of years now. In the end up I spoke to the staff team I Macclesfield and explained what had happened. They immediately sorted it out and arranged for a refund to the amount I would have expected to pay using my membership card. The staff were very helpful. As a regular shopper there They are always helpful professional and courteous at all times. A great service .

Outstanding service from Chloe. See went out of her way to find us boots. We were made to feel very welcome including our two dogs who were treated to free biccies. Chloe even put a few extra in our bag. Probably the nicest experience we’ve had in any shop for some time. Thank you

Friendly helpful staff without being pushy.

I was having problems with the website so called the Macclesfield express branch to ask if they had some wellingtons in stock. They guy who answered the phone was very helpful and confirmed they had a size 10 in stock of the ones I wanted. I asked if he could put them aside for me and I would go in and purchase later that day. No problem he said. Very good service. When I went into store he remembered the call and promptly went to get them. Very polite. His name was Sif. Would recommend this store

Went to buy a small rucksack for day hikes. Excellent advice from SIF who showed me several options and explained the pros and cons of options at various price points. No pressure to buy the most expensive option. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be back to buy new walking shoes soon!

We found a rucksack. Very high design content but equally high skill to adjust correctly to a perfect fit. Anders showed interest without being untrusive and provided technical support to get a perfect fit of the rucksack ...no hard sell just great assistance. I now have exactly the rucksack I need.
