Bought a new camping kitchen for our recently acquired Berghaus Nightfall Freedom 5 tent. The kitchen is fantastic, fits neatly into our tent porch. Great quality kitchen. Really good customer service.

Thanks to a very helpful and patient salesperson (Luke) I am very happy with my new walking shoes. Always find the right pair at Go Outdoors as good selection at all price points.

Got a bike through the cycle to work scheme. Ken was really informative in helping me choose what bike to go for, and explaining everything about the bike. Him and Morgan made the process really easy as I’d never used the cycle to work scheme before. They even give me advice on how to look after certain parts on the bike. Would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately I had to return some boots that were not waterproof, both the ladies that served me were very helpful and specially Laura who was very knowledgeable about the boots and I was able to exchange my boots for a more suitable pair.

I visited the Liverpool Go Outdoors branch to purchase a roof tent. I was fortunate to be greeted by a staff member named Jenny, who enlisted the help of another staff member named Paul, who was more knowledgeable on the product range. Between the two, they offered valuable advice and, when I decided on the tent I wanted, they helped me through the checkout process and even helped me to get the rather bulky item loaded into my vehicle. Their friendly, helpful attitude was way above and beyond what I've come to expect from retail staff in recent years. They are both an absolute credit to Go Outdoors.

My online order arrived at the shop, I got an email telling me so. Get the parcel and opened it in the car before I left the car park. Only two of the four items were in the package. Back inside I explained, they checked, said I'd picked the other (why 2 seperate packages?) up the day before at 4am ? Shop couldn't do anything, told to ring customer service. Two long calls over 3 days because the promised call back didn't materialise, bit like the missing socks, and I get refunded for the missing item because it was now out of stock.

I've shopped with you a few times and not really had any problems finding what I need and colleagues have been helpful. On my last visit I asked a colleague where a product was, he gestured towards the stairs and mumbled "over there somewhere?" and went back to having a shouting conversation across the shop with another colleague.

Could have been better.

We went to Go Outdoors as a recommended shop for Duke of Edinburgh equipment. Paul was absolutely amazing in helping us with every aspect. Firstly, he found us the correct walking boots for the time of year, including how to lace them in a special way to stop them loosening in wet conditions.
He gave my daughter advice on suitable waterproof trousers. Next he helped do a custom fitting on the huge D of E rucksack for her. He then filled it with a weight and kept an eye on how she was managing with it while we carried on talking. He went through the whole list with us, giving us tips on every area including food, packing, what to wear overnight to keep warm and way more. Lastly he found us the compass and helped us make sure that we got the D of E discount. Paul was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was modest, friendly and is an excellent asset to the store.

Paul was so helpful and generous with his knowledge about certain pieces of kit! He even shared some of his favourite biking routes. Thanks a lot :) will be back and looking forward to catching up!

Helpful staff and good selection of hiking equipment.

1st time I visited bottle store , staff was good with assistance expect for one person call Ken , who was very keen to help me and my partner ,, help get chairs and everything we need for camping, great shopping hat off to Ken 👍

I just like it in this store. The staff are friendly. It's dog friendly. Many of the products are on display so that I can see them properly and therefore help me to make a decision which is right for me.
