After ordering items online that got returned to the warehouse despite going camping in 2 days!!
Ryan and Becky helped me in store, got the items our family needed. Could not recommend the store and these two any more. Thank you 😊

I received a email saying my order was in stock and awaiting collection. I travelled to store to find only half of my order had arrived ( two part order) why wasn’t I told only one item had arrived. It took two more trips to the store to complete my order.
It was not the stores fault,they were very good

Really helpful guys in there, not often I go into somewhere and they understand what I want from the broken gibberish knowledge I know about camping and attachments. Really helped me a lot, the fella with the beard, pretty laid back and wanted to help! Will be coming back to this go outdoors store specifically because of them 👍🏽

Went to store yesterday (11/08) to purchase a new tent after being helped by Calum I believe his name was I then go the amazing assistance from Becky who went above and beyond to find me a ground cover for the tent I have purchased she searched and found me an alternative which will absolutely sort me out.

IAfter reading your reply I followed the link it took me to the same loop of unable to leave any info. Minus one star now.
I bought a waterproof jacket in the Liverpool store. It left dye all over my clothes the first time I wore it. Took it back to the shop got a refund. Was told someone would contact me as my clothes were damaged. Received a phone call to say I would have to go onto their website and contact customer services with photos and details. I had already done this in the shop but I went onto the website sent me round in a circle. No way to do it. Giving them.one star as I got a refund but faulty goods and no way to make a complaint

Visited on an extremely busy Saturday afternoon and was blown away by the super customer service. Paul dealt with my query about the walking poles I have recently purchased really efficiently and nothing was too much trouble even though the store was busy. I was in my way home within minutes and fully confident in using my purchase effectively. Great work Paul, thank you!

No problems very efficient and offered to help me carry my purchase to the car.

We’re new to camping and a friend suggested we try GO Outdoors for camping equipment. In the store we spoke to Paul who was very helpful. He gave us lots of good tips and he was very knowledgeable on all the GO Outdoors products. We will definitely return to store again and also recommend to family and friends.

Never been in such dirty changing rooms! Looked like they hadn’t been hoovered/cleaned in weeks!
Staff very inattentive except with each other ( hanging round in huddles)
Had to queue for ages to pay as the young man on the til didn’t bother to get another cashier to help. Also all he was interested in telling us was that he couldn’t wait to go home! He could at least apologised for keeping us queuing .
Wont be going there again!

This was our first visit to GO Outdoors and having found the items we were looking for, we were advised about the benefits about becoming a member. We have become members and will be returning in the future.

Great range of items in store. Got exactly what I was looking for at exceptionally good price with the members card. Went to the Bootle branch upon arrival Paul C was very helpful & greeted me, even went the extra mile to compare pricing for me so I could get a bargains on savings (which I didn't mind) excellent bloke, tip top service!

Staff always helpful polite, there are times when you can't see some staff, but once engaged shopping experience has so far been great,
Love the discount, and a thank you for my NHS discount,
Only negative fishing section needs replenishing more, if possible appreciate you have issues with reps,
Suggestion: get a fishing club going start sponsoring young kids
