I received excellent service this…
I received excellent service this morning from Rachel, in the leek branch. My walking poles were in a bit of a state after altering them for a friend to use and she managed to put them right for me. Shout out to Rachel who went above and beyond with helping to fix my poles.

It's only a small store (GO Express) but the Click and Collect service is rapid and efficient. However, it's the staff who really make the difference: so friendly and helpful. It is a delight to go into the shop! Thank you.

Oex tentbox purchase
I went to Gooutdoors just to look at tent boxes and once I had seen the ones they offered I was very pleased. A lovely lady named Steph helped me with the whole process from ordering the tent to collection.
I would definitely recommend using this store and can’t thank them enough . I’m very happy with how the tent is performing too.

Called into Excellent service
Called into Leek shop as needed new Merrell walking shoes. Was thinking of buying online from Merrells. I was served by Jenny and after explaining what I was looking for she found just what I needed. Jenny was friendly and very helpful.
