Charlene and Freya are the best! They are so helpful and jolly, they work really well together in the store to make everyone feel welcome.

I found what I was looking for with their help, they are an asset to the business and will be back soon!

Great shop, well laid out, good range of items for varied budgets. Very helpful knowledgeable staff member in walking boot department.

We are regular local customers. There shop is fairly well stocked and we bought many outdoorsy things for school residentials, general family walks, and camping. There was this one time only when a cashier became very militant about the hangers and demanded to know exactly where I left them, then radioed a collegue to find and collect them "because otherwise we think that people stole things". Very bizarre. But today the staff was helpful and bubbly.

Got everything we needed. Served by Freya and she was very friendly and helpful.

Looking for waterproof walking boots for husband, very helpful lady assisted with sizes. Store very tidy with a lot of choice, served at the till by Emilia who reactivated our membership checked boot sizes and processed out transactions. Upon opening boot box at home in Axminster, discovered security tag still on boots. Obviously, we couldn't return to the store to get this removed so husband dealt with using wire cutters, not ideal!

Very helpful staff in the shop helped me return the sandals I had bought online which were too big and not quite what I wanted.
The return process was made very simply and I received the refund straight away.

Recently visited the store to return 3 items. Had no issues with 2 of the items but the third item didn’t come up on the system. However, Linzi, Fred & Paige went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Even when hitting a brick wall trying to contact the Coventry branch where I purchased the items. Coventry was not answering the phone which does not surprise me as the customer service there was not as good as the Launceston branch. Linzi did not give up to resolve the issue, great service by all thank team.

I needed some new walking trainers. I was assisted by Freya in the Launceston branch. A very personable and knowledgeable young woman. She listened to my requirements, asked some additional qualifying questions, I mentioned that I had shortlisted one pair from internet reviews, which Freya showed me but she also recommended a different pair, after discussing the pros and cons I decided to go with Freya's recommendation and after a small walk in them this afternoon I'm pleased I did as they ticked all of my boxes. Freya is clearly an asset to Go outdoors, it's nice to receive such great, in hurried and knowledgeable customer service

Paige at the register was wonderful, helpful and kind.
The young man that sold us our shoes was knowledgeable, agreeable and helped us until we got the perfect Merrill's for me and my husband. He later helped us in a different part of the store. Top notch service!
