Kelly and Isaac were very helpful with an exchange of Merrell walking shoes that were faulty. Their excellent service justified my experience of always using this store for my outdoor needs. Thank you 2 so much!

Sarah served myself and my husband with the purchase of walking boots. While also serving two other separate customers with their purchases. Even though Sarah had no other assistants at all to help, she remained calm and positive while smiling. Plus she gave factual advice.

Called in at Go Outdoors Keswick whilst on holiday to look for some new walking gear for my wife and son this lunchtime . The staff were fantastic and helpful Scott, Sienna and Chloe upstairs on footwear despite the shop being busy on Bank Holiday Sunday. Our son Nathaniel is autistic and they were so lovely and patient with him and we managed to find what we needed top marks and service all round thankyou!

We came into the store today looking for some walking boots. Sienna was very helpful with helping us find some. We are very happy with our purchases.

Sarah is the best most kind hearted soul In any shop I’ve ever been to in my 16 years on earth. She is very funny happy and jolly and has great communication with customers . Definetely take a visit to Keswick go outdoors when visiting .

Despite it being wet, really busy and being your only sales assistant upstairs Sienna took the time to assist us in finding the most appropriate walking shoe for our 6 year old. We had no socks due to a leaking shoe discovered up on the fells and she provided some which made our son's day.

I'd like to praise Sarah. I dropped in to the Keswick shop because I've been looking at back packs for a trip to Nepal but I didn't want anything enormous/ top loading as I'm probably going to take a suitcase as well. I found a back pack that I thought would be perfect. Sarah let me try it on, explained the best order to fasten the straps, showed me how it worked because it's 2 back packs zipped together and put a fairly heavy tent in it so I could feel what it was like with some weight in it. This may be a standard outdoor equipment experience but to me it was exactly what I needed at a level I could understand.

Sarah was so lovely today helping me with my tent and set up for my first wild camping session tonight! Brilliant customer service with a smile, thank you Sarah!

Great product and a very good price. The sales assistant also asked if I had caravan and motorhome club membership which gave me a further discount, so I am extremely pleased with the service
