Went in to grab a few bits and was helped and served by Kasia was super helpful and really nice to deal with and got me sorted out with everything I needed will definitely be back.

Was in store today and i was served by kaisha very chatty and polite

Today I was shopping for my business and needed several of the same items.
Giles was very helpful in helping me find the items in the store I needed.

When I arrived at the tills I was met by a friendly person called Kasia she welcomed me and asked how I was doing as normal. However when I requested some further help with my card, Kasia spotted an issue, I fired me and sorted it out very quickly. The whole time keeping me occupied with lovely chat.
I left very happy and looked after. I will return soon for more purchases for sure.

Great selection. Was able to find everything needed to upgrade our camping set up. I would like to see EU 41 in women's shoes as it just goes from 40 to 42 sadly. Amazing service from Siobhan at the checkout. Signed up for the great offers as a member as well.

Ed was brilliant. Helped answer every question we had and managed to get stock that wasn’t on the shop floor for us.

Joan and Giles made our trip to Go Outdoors with our active toddler hassle free and ensured we left the store with the right product for our campervan. From speaking to Joan a few hours previously on the phone to make sure the right product was in store to her warm welcome when we arrived, we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Huge thanks to Giles as well for his informative advice on which product was best.

Excellent service from both Siobhan and Joan they helped me find what I needed no hassle

We popped to Go Outdoors for a new tent. We weren't able to access the tent yard so after some help from Edd in store we decided to come back once it was open again. Edd was very knowledgeable and seemed more than happy to help us and we didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. When we returned Edd helped us again, moved beds to the outdoor tent we chose to make sure it would fit and helped us to find an offer on the accessories for the tent, he even helped us to load the car.

All in all a very good experience:)

Fantastic Service and Knowledge from Don. We were looking for a particular Rab Gilet, our local store in Clydebank did not have it in store, we placed and order online but unfortunately the order was cancelled shortly after placing due to no stock. On checking store availability online the Inverness store was showing 1 in stock, we phoned the store and spoke to Don to offered to put this aside for us as we were visiting Inverness at the start of the following week. True to his word he had put this aside for us, fabulous service, a true credit to Go Outdoors.

Excellent Service and knowledge from Don who went above and beyond. We were struggling to get a particular Rab Gilet, Clydebank had none in stock. We managed to order one online from go Outdoors but the order was cancelled not long after ordering to no stock. We checked store availability online and noticed that the Inverness store were showing 1 in stock, we phoned the store and spoke to Don as we were visiting Inverness at the start of the following week, Don managed to put this aside for us and true to his word we picked it up when we arrived in Inverness. 5 Star, credit to Don and Go Outdoors.

Great shop for great prices and so much choices of products. Everyone at Go outdoors keep up the great work your all doing.

I Knew what we wanted to buy so didn’t need any assistance but a member of staff made sure we were okay. At the tills Kasia was very friendly and engaged us in general chat. And made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend the Inverness store in the Carsegate 10/10 👍
